This hotel is a true hidden gem. It is boutique (only 26 rooms) and feels like a five star. We had two suites courtesy of an upgrade and they were lovely - perfect for myself and my husband and our two adult daughters. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous. The staff were absolutely divine! Natalia booked us great restaurants and also excellent tours and when my husband had a nasty fall on our last night the night team were so caring and lovely. We didn't arrive back to the hotel from the hospital til after 1am. Staff were still on hand to welcome us and bring sandwiches to the room. Can't thank them enough!

From the moment we stepped in, everything was excellent. The personnel were incredibly helpful and lovely, the design was beautiful, it smelled fantastic 24/7, and the rooftop views were breathtaking. Not to mention the perfect location, within walking distance of all the main attractions. We felt truly well taken care of, and whenever we’re back in Rome, this hotel will be our first choice.

Excellent location and a hotel that understands the details. An upgrade was a lovely bonus but doesn't diminish our original decision to stay there.

Fabulous few days in Rome staying at The First Arte hotel. Upon arrival the reception staff were awesome. The room was incredible. The breakfast was excellent. The location was great for everything from sightseeing to shopping. All in all an excellent place to stay in Rome. Would go back again when in Rome.
The bar downstairs closed at 6.30pm, but with so many local restaurants and bars it was not a real problem

Great location and also in quiet side street. Large rooms, very comfortable bed, great quality linen, pillow menu, very clean and superbly maintained. Very attentive and polite staff. Great breakfast choice and service.
