Exceptional
From the moment we stepped in, everything was excellent. The personnel were incredibly helpful and lovely, the design was beautiful, it smelled fantastic 24/7, and the rooftop views were breathtaking. Not to mention the perfect location, within walking distance of all the main attractions. We felt truly well taken care of, and whenever we’re back in Rome, this hotel will be our first choice.

Excellent location and a hotel that understands the details. An upgrade was a lovely bonus but doesn't diminish our original decision to stay there.

Fabulous few days in Rome staying at The First Arte hotel. Upon arrival the reception staff were awesome. The room was incredible. The breakfast was excellent. The location was great for everything from sightseeing to shopping. All in all an excellent place to stay in Rome. Would go back again when in Rome.
The bar downstairs closed at 6.30pm, but with so many local restaurants and bars it was not a real problem

Great location and also in quiet side street. Large rooms, very comfortable bed, great quality linen, pillow menu, very clean and superbly maintained. Very attentive and polite staff. Great breakfast choice and service.

The staff was the best. Super friendly and they remembered everything. The hotel is clean, boutique and just very high end. Luxury and pure class is what you can expect from a 5* hotel, but the staff made is 5+

Breakfast is obviously Italian style, served at the table. Excellent ingredients, choice of eggs like omelettes a la carte.... Pastries, bread, cold cuts and cheeses presented nicely with focus on quality rather than quantity. The portions are more than enough....
