Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful and gave so many perfect recommendations, location was wonderful, breakfast was insanely good.
The room was extremely small, but that worked fine for me… and don’t worry the bathroom is a good size, borderline luxurious.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The chef Ionela makes fresh baked goods every morning. The food was always plentiful and delicious.
The carpet in the stairwell needs updating.

Rooms are well appointed. The location is great - walkable from the train station, and easy bike ride to literally anything you need in Rome. The breakfast was seriously the highlight of my eating day, and that’s saying a lot in Rome!!

I am not sure where to start? Everything??
I had a single room, but it was so spacious and I loved the bathroom and the size of the shower.
But I think I liked even more the common spaces where they serve tea, happy hour and breakfast. They were beautiful and very welcoming.
But even MORE was the staff. So nice and SO helpful in every way.

Absolutely everything was fabulous! From communication prior to arrival, helping with transportation and tours, to the hospitality, attention to customer service and detail while we were guests. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had, true to the region and bountiful.

15 minute walk from Roma Termini, in a convenient area, the elevator was amazing, the breakfast area and lobby were beautiful, the owner was on site and to take care of any issues. It was air-conditioned, clean and all the products were thoughtfully selected (The shampoo and conditioner smell divine).

Before our stay the staff at Fifteen Keys Hotel are SO helpful in booking a private car pickup and transfer, recommending tour guides (Bibbos Tours, Gabrielle was awesome!). Once we arrived we were treated with excellent service, beautiful smiles and wonderful staff who would book last minute lunch for us, along with calling a taxi when needed. AND the staff at breakfast were exceptional and the food delicious for a day touring Rome. We can't refer this hotel enough to anyone needing a convenient to city center stay with a luxury yet homey feel. Thank you staff for making our stay PERFECT! (Especially Aristotle and Ilonya).

Exceptional breakfast - huge variety of freshly prepared food, topped up throughout the morning. Served in a beautiful, calm & comfortable space with incredible staff. Afternoon tea served with freshly baked cakes & pastries, plus a lovely courtyard to relax in. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, who were always so helpful & friendly.
