There was fresh water steeped with fruit and cucumber and biscuites in reception. The breakfast was lovely, scrambled or poached eggs, sausage,bacon, mushrooms, courgettes, peppers, plus carrots, toms, cucumber, smoked salmon, various chèeses, as well as varied fruit, muslie, yoghurt, freshly baked pastries as well as juices, teas and coffee. In the afternoon speciality teas and home cooked pastries and cakes and homemade water made with various fruits. Then happyhour for drinks between 6-7pm. The bedroom was equipped with fresh towels, dressing gown and slippers, hair dryer and tongs, umbrella. There was tea and a mini bar if required. The toiletries were beautiful and smelt lovely. All the staff were warm and welcoming.

The property is beautiful, elegant and well maintained. This was our second visit to Fifteen Keys it was everything we remembered and more

The Fifteen Keys Hotel was so comfortable, charming, and welcoming. The staff is truly wonderful and makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Breakfast was delicious with a fantastic selection, and the location is ideal—close enough to walk everywhere easily. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

The check-in process was friendly, professional, and efficient. The room temperature was perfect and a lovely cool refuge from the hot August heat. The rooms are very well appointed with all sorts of extra amenities and a well stocked bar fridge and snack bar. The breakfast was fantastic and one of the best I've had with the option of making a cheeky little Mimosa to start the day. The hotel offers great security so perfect for solo female travellers.

The room. For US$--- a night I should be able to lay on the floor to stretch my back. The room was too small for this.

Such a lovely hotel-rooms were beautiful, staff made us feel like family. The breakfast is gorgeous and baked/cooked onsite. Attention to detail was apparent throughout the hotel, from design to housekeeping to the breakfast.

The best location in Rome. Great restaurants, bars and gelato places under a 5min walk and only a 10min walk to the Colosseum. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and the capuccino top notch. Nice touches like high quality toiletries and a good steamer were a great bonus. Great aircon that made August survivable!
A bit pricey for what you get as the room is quite basic in terms of decor. Bed was quite low in height and pillows a bit firm which didn't make for the most comfortable sleep.

We walked easily from Termini station, and the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for our stay. The location is excellent — walking distance to several major attractions, close to the Metro for others, and only a short stroll to the HOHO bus stop. There’s a lovely little supermarket right next door, and the surrounding streets are full of great restaurants for evening walks. Afternoon tea at 5pm and happy hour at 6pm were delightful touches. Our room was a reasonable size for a 4‑night stay, spotlessly clean, and serviced daily. A truly charming base for exploring Rome.
The bed was ok but not up to the standard of other accommodation we stayed in.
