Great location walking distance to many places and shopping, great homemade breakfast, nice greeting and very helpful customer service. Very clean! Adorable personal touches.
The pillows!!! Hard as a rock. They need some down pillows to go with the nice linens! That is the only complaint I have.

Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful and spacious and very well appointed. We were so impressed with the attention to detail. The breakfast, afternoon tea were great and unexpected. And the staff were truly exceptional - so helpful and friendly.

The Fifteen Keys hotel was everything we hoped for our anniversary trip to Rome. Modern, beautifully appointed, thoughtfully decorated and a calming atmosphere, even though it was fully booked. Our room was a good size, excellent facilities with attention to detail. The bed was super comfy and the room was light and airy. All the staff were very helpful and supportive. Always happy to advise and make suggestions. Thoroughly enjoyed our special anniversary trip we will definitely return.

All staff we interacted with were excellent. Friendly, gracious and efficient. In particular the chef who bakes all the breakfast goodies, including in house make granola was super friendly, efficient and very gifted. She is as I called her the Maddona di cuccina. Afternoon tea, which is free, is also a nice break to the day.
Minor details. Water and tea replacement in the room was forgotten on one day out of 5. So small a detail not really worth mentioning but had to think of something. Also, room we had, #4 was quite warm, and according to Italian law, no AC is allowed until later in the year. Now most Italians were bundled up, but as Canadians 18 celsius coming from -8 was quite warm. Window does open, but you can't sleep in Rome with an open window.

Very comfortable- good bed, great shower, good lighting. Very quiet! Slept well.
Super breakfast with fresh juices and home made pastries, good choice.
The staff were wonderful- friendly and helpful
Hotel is near some good neighbourhood restaurants and walking distance from the train station and main sites.

I had a wonderful room, spacious, well presented. Very much appreciated the hair dryer and straighteners as well as the lovely Malin & Goetz toiletries. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were fantastic going above and beyond to help with recommendations and restaurant bookings.

Fantastic hotel in a peaceful part of Monti area, very close to Termini. Walking distance everywhere. Every member of the staff was great, super friendly and sweet. Breakfast was amazing! Everything was homemade with pride and love. Beautifully renovated spaces and the little courtyard was very cute. Room had high ceilings and comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

Boutique hotel with impeccable service, decor, and breakfast. They have all the details figured out and exceeded our expectations. Examples include homemade food, tea time (with loose leaf tea!), breakfast smoothie. Highly recommend staying her in the charming Monti neighborhood.
