Parking lot was large, ok breakfast, air condition worked well, staff was friendly, and we received an upgraded room.
The facilities were very old, the bathroom smelled bad, and overall considering location, facilities and overall experience, in my view, a bit overpriced.

Close to FCO airport, other than this not recommended at all due to poor service and distance from center.
Breakfast and dinner were poor.
Slippers were not provided.
Bed and pillows were totally uncomfortable.
Bathroom needs service.
Smell of the room, bed and pillows were bad... looks like not cleaned from previous guest.
Elevator was too slow and busy.
Dinner dishes were left outside the room and not picked up by staff till next day morning although reception was informed since 8 pm.
When visiting the restaurant to have dinner, staff informed us that all tables are reserved and we have to eat on our room although many tables were available.

Staff were nice. the location is far from the centre, but if you want to be away from the chaos, this is a good option. The pizza in the restaurant was okay.
The rooms are a bit worn down, the bed was not the most comfortable, and the transport to the city centre is very bad (there is one bus that comes every hour or close to it, but sometimes it doesn't show up at all - which happened to me). At night it's definitely worth to take a taxi back and not risk it with the bus.
