We had an absolutely incredible stay and cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and kind at every single turn. No matter what we needed, they were there to assist us with a smile.
The room was spacious, sparkling clean, and provided the perfect space to relax. Additionally, the location is unbeatable, making it so easy to explore the area. They truly helped us with everything we needed throughout our trip.
We give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect stay!

the hotel location is perfect - it is close to the main interesting and centralized location of Rome. the room is big, comfort and clean. hotel staff is very kind, generous and professional. we ate breakfast at the hotel and it was very good.
we really enjoy our stay at the hotel and will probably will choose it again on our next visit.

Excellent hotel right in the center of the action, no transportation is needed to reach anywhere.
The breakfast was also very good and the service was above our expectations.
The staff daily cleaned our room.
Even though we were in the center the room was very quiet with planty of space, warm at night and you could open the windows to let fresh air in the morning.

Location is just perfect. Staff is very nice and helpful.
There was a constant electrical noise coming from the telephone in the room. Not a huge issue but it was annoying, I had to put the phone to the ground to not hear it.

Breakfast was excellent. The rooftop lounge was excellent. The staff was excellent. The rooftop lounge staff was excellent, and the manager even entertained us after the rooftop lounge had closed. The room was very nice with high ceilings. The bathroom and shower were great. Each floor had a gathering room. The location was good.
We had a few issues getting in and out of the hotel. It is in a position that limits vehicles from getting too close. This is something that cannot be helped but should be considered by older travelers. We did hear a lot of noise from the room upstairs (we think) earlier one morning. Maybe they were packing and getting ready to check out?

I had an outstanding stay at Terrace Phatheon Relais! The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of many great attractions. Everything was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again!
