Breakfast was excellent. The rooftop lounge was excellent. The staff was excellent. The rooftop lounge staff was excellent, and the manager even entertained us after the rooftop lounge had closed. The room was very nice with high ceilings. The bathroom and shower were great. Each floor had a gathering room. The location was good.
We had a few issues getting in and out of the hotel. It is in a position that limits vehicles from getting too close. This is something that cannot be helped but should be considered by older travelers. We did hear a lot of noise from the room upstairs (we think) earlier one morning. Maybe they were packing and getting ready to check out?

I had an outstanding stay at Terrace Phatheon Relais! The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of many great attractions. Everything was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again!

Very clean and welcoming, stylish and many lounge areas on different floors. Rooftop bar was very nice with great drinks. Great last night stay after a long tiring trip.
Overwhelming smell after arriving in room, it dissipated after many hours. Smelled like a nail salon/cleaning products.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring Rome. Very close to all the major sites and especially to the Pantheon. This was our 2nd time staying here. There was a rooftop bar as well with a great view. The room was very comfortable with a very sufficient air conditioner for those who will be traveling in the warmer months. The bed was very comfortable.

Wonderful location with easy walking to many of the main sights. The rooms were good with interesting and unique features. The breakfasts were excellent. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful.
