The room was big
the bed was not very confortable , the mastress was "old"
the bathroom was missing vanity kit I had to call to get it
Their was no written explanation how to use the safe, we need to call for support .

Wonderful
The staff were exceptional: friendly, engaging, and made me feel comfortable. The personal touch was great.
Breakfast was great too, buffet style options, and they had a coffee machine so made me cappucinos in the morning.
Double room was comfortable, good facilities, and even though the area was vibrant, the room was quiet.
The only stipulation is that the bed was creaky, we got used to it, but took it down from a 10/10 to 9/10.

We had an absolutely incredible stay and cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and kind at every single turn. No matter what we needed, they were there to assist us with a smile.
The room was spacious, sparkling clean, and provided the perfect space to relax. Additionally, the location is unbeatable, making it so easy to explore the area. They truly helped us with everything we needed throughout our trip.
We give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect stay!

Every single member of staff we met was outstanding in respect of every request made, very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms good size and very comfortable. The hotel was very centrally located just a few mins walk from Pantheon, Trevi, Piazza Fiori, restaurants and shops.
Found the temperature in rooms slightly chilly at times and couldn’t get it any warmer with the individual room control, and although slightly off the main road, traffic noise (and people-noise in the early hours when a neighbouring nightclub was open) was still very audible through windows and shutters during the night.
