The host! Giacomo welcomed us very warmly! He gave us all the local recommendations in Rome which we really appreciated.
I have been a frequent traveler and he's the only host that really welcomed us warmly like he did.
Will definitely be back here in Rome and will be staying here again.
Everyone this place is highly recommended! 5 stars rating!

Giacomo is a great host, the room was amazing.
He has everything you would possibly need available for you to use.
The coffee and bread at Gastromario is unbelievable.
Breakfast was only coffee and croissant.
Not so sure about the area at night for solo female travelers.

Giacomo treats you like family. He makes sure you are comfortable. His recommendations are spot on. The B & B is in an ideal location with walking distance to most attractions aor a short metro or bus ride. It's also in a neighborhood that is out of the tourist area where many locals live. Oh, Did I mention that the B & B is spotless and clean! There are very good restaurants nearby and close to all public transportation. Breakfast is provided at a small bar 2 blocks away that was outstanding. We stayed for 4 nights at the beginning of our trip and returned for 1 night at the end, We will definitely return.

The BnB is greatly located and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The host Giacomo has been very helpful and attentive. He has great knowledge of the area and gave us suggestions about local places to eat around.
The breakfast voucher is with a cafe close by which serves amazing coffee and croissant. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped with exactly what you need for a short stay.
It is an amazing BnB with a very well kept common spaces. All facilities as explained overall very well equipped like cupboard with a lockable safe storage etc very functional.
Overall it is beautiful apartment, comfortable beds.

The idea of giving vouchers for breakfast to the cafeteria nearby is a great one. I makes you to go to the place you would not visit otherwise. The place is chosen by local for you, so it the best place in the area. The host is the most valuable asset of the place) There where a lot of different small things I liked, like the coffee machine and a microwave. Metro station is 10 meters away. 30 minutes walk from the center, so if you will always get home by feet if you are late for public transportation.
I would advice to have a ear buds as the streets of Rome are loud at nights and you are in the center of it. The place has no plastic windows. Bath robe would be a good idea as well (As you have to cross a corridor to get to your bathroom and a kitchen)

Super location, close to nice local restaurants with delicious food. There is also small market place where you can buy cheese, cured meat, wine, fresh vegs etc. Just for try. You can also use kitchen if you need. Excellent friendly host and staff, always helpful with your needs. Very clean! Great atmosphere Tata’s place makes people and good vibes.
