Extremely clean and well-kept room; cable TV and A/C worked impeccably -worthy of a 4* hotel. Common areas also very well kept and quiet. Good location: Vatican is 20' walk and metro is around corner. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby in a lively, relatively upscale neighbourhood. Thoroughly recommend.

staff were great, location superb and the room was ideal for our family.
we couldnt check in when we initially arrived at midnight, we had to book an additional nights stay and check in the next day even though we paid for a full day.

I liked everything except the foam mattresses. Proximity to Saint Peter's was a great PLUS for me. To provide breakfast was an added bonus

Location was close to St Peter's Square.
Second room for friends had a non working air conditioner that was not repaired during our two nights stay. Breakfast was more European than English. e.g., cold cuts, no bacon, no sausage. Eggs were free range, more orange than yellow colored scrambled eggs. Tasted strange. Cook did not speak any English which made communication difficult. Coffee Americano was disappointing. While we arrived after 2 pm as requested, no one was there to let us in the front door as this "hotel" is a converted residence.
