We could leave our stuff before check-in and check-out.
Old furniture, bed was not comfortable. Pots in the kitchen are in bad mood, we could not use them.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. Right opposite the door there is a drinking fountain, the stores and the bus stop are very close.
The apartment is equipped with everything, including coffee for the coffee machine.
Fabrizio, our host was the nicest host I ever met. He even helped us organize our trips outside of Rome, since the public transport is pretty chaotic there. He was always available and there to help. It was a very positive experience.

The location of the property is very good, the host was wonderful, he met us, provided all the info needed for us to go about the city. He also was very kind to allow us to leave the suitcase at the property on our check out day as our flight were late.
The apartment itself was damp with mold in the kitchen cupboards, behind the sofa. The towels smelled of mold so badly that we couldn't use them. The bedding smelled of mold. The kitchenware - cutlery, pans were badly used and flimsy. One of the knives just broke in my hand when I tried cutting bread. The place is in a desperate need of redecoration.

The apartment was nice and clean and easy to reach in beautiful Monteverde. A nice and calm area ,near shops and tram and buses. Walkable distance to Trastevere and the touristic areas.
The apartment is on the ground floor but very nice and quiet.
The host Fabrizio is very helpful and easy to reach if needed before and during the stay.
The apartment has eveything you need for a comfortable stay in beautiful Rome.

Our first visit Italy and stay in Rome was great thanks to the host Fabrizio. He helped us not only with house facilities, but also was very friendly and explained us everything in details. All what we needed and more was in the house, like coffee, tea, cleaning and washing detergents, shampoo, conditioner, face cleaning products, Rome maps, cards/brochures on different themes like where to visit and eat, and a lot more. Also the place has great and safe and beautiful location, it's near to the Rome Trastevere station, bus station and supermarket. We would recommend anyone to stay here, because it will be our own choice to stay again in Sweet Monteverde.

The location was very good, everything was reachable, all the tourist spots can be reached by bus very easily. And the area was very interesting, for ten minutes walking to Trastevere, which was one of the characteristic points of Rome.
The H bus was almost always overcrowded, you better take the 8BUS, it leaves you in the most important places.

Our host was nice, there were some basic cosmetics in the apartment, coffee pods, a washing machine, basically everything you need. The location is not exactly in the city center, but had good connections, only 3 minutes away from the bus station. And it was also a quiet neighborhood. There is also a grocery store nearby. We would recommend this apartment to everyone.

Fabrizio was extremely understanding, he agreed about the check in during the evening, he had been very welcoming, I really suggest to book with him, the transport are close to the centrer and the area is safe. The accommodation has everything.
