The location is excellent. It's a 2-4 minute walk to a train station or a bus stop, and a 10-minute walk to entry points at the Vatican. The breakfast was very nice. The owner sits each morning and provides breakfast personally. She is very pleasant to converse with. You also can walk to a Carrefour Market in 10 minutes. Our room was perfect for two travelers, and it was a great deal. I highly recommend this place.

The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. Also, Ivanka is an amazing host and made us feel at home. Since it's a small B&B, we had a lot of privacy and it was very quiet. It's close to the Vatican, so visiting St. Peter's Basilica was very easy for us. Additionally, there is a train station nearby that makes it easy to connect to the metro and get around the city.

Close to St Peter’s Basilica. It was clean and the host was very accommodating and helpful. She got us checked in early.
We stayed 5 nights and said she will change the towel every 3 days but that didn’t happen. But I can live with that.

Very good location just outside the Vatican. It sits at a quiet side of the city away from the maddening crowd. It had a lift, it was clean, and Ivanka is a super host. She takes care of all her guests and also prepares superb coffee and breakfast. It was also close to the bus stops and train station. Gives tired travellers a place to rest with lots of options for transportation to go around both the Vatican and Rome.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want something convenience and comfort. The room and bathroom had more than enough space. The beds were so comfortable. I stayed with my mom and she felt right at home from the time that we arrived. When we arrived, Ivanka welcomed us with a hot cup of tea and lots of tips to get around and be safe. Each morning she greeted us with a yummy breakfast and cappuccinos to our liking! Ivanka keeps the room clean each day and provides complimentary water bottles too! The location is great as it is in walking distance to St. Peter's and other sites, with lots of restaurants close by. You don't have to go far to enjoy your stay!

This is a small and friendly bed and breakfast which offers very comfortable, clean and equipped rooms with private en-suite powerful shower rooms. A safe is secured in the wardrobe and there is a small fridge, great to keep milk, water and wine cool. Very comfy beds for a fantastic sleep after sightseeing and in a quieter residential area but still offering a selection of local shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and transport links. Also a nice walk to all the main attractions with the Vatican City just around the corner.
Ivana personally welcomes you and gives a great explanation of the area and checks on you everyday to make sure your having a great time and all is well. She provides a great selection of breakfast choices from cereals, cakes and pastries, fruits and continental meats, cheeses and breads. Juice Coffees and teas finish it off perfectly.Use of the kitchen facilities and dining area is allowed and very welcomed for an extra cup of tea and chance to sit and chat with other guests. Positioned on the first floor there is a small entrance staircase of approximately 10 steps then if required an elevator to reach the accommodation.
