The location is near Metro Station SubAugusta which can direct to termini st.
The room is quite clean.
Ok the first night, they collect tourst tax €20 for 2 person for 2 nights. On the second night they ask again for €10. But then cancelled since I’ve informed they i’ve paid €20 for tourist tax. Make me confused. S it €20 or €10 to be paid?

We liked everything. The owner just gives you clear indication on how to reach the location, how to get inside and everything that you might request, whenever you text. The building was not so pleasing when you arrive but the apartments are spotless, one of a few of this kind that we found on this platform. For the price paid is the best you can get. It's 1 minute of walking from Subaugusta station on line A so you can reach any touristic location from here. It'salso 5 minutes of walking from 520 bus line that gets you to Ciampino airport so another plus. The room and bathroom is spotless clean, the service it's amazing cleaning your room almost daily, just hotel treatment. We will come back here for sure.

Excellent conditions for the room including private bath. Beautifully remodeled and spotless clean was more than just impressive. Excellent and comfortable bed. 2 minutes walk to metro/subway station that convenance connect you to all major attractions.
The gate/assess controls were confusion at first, a bit unstable as well.

Everything was amazing, they have a great staff available to help in each need that I got. I came to Rome to got a chocolate sculpture class, the academy was just crossing the street. Aroma Academy. I highly recommend this place. And I’ll be back. Thanks for all the great hospitality.

The building was old, however the accommodation was renovated and very nice. Extrremely clean, Easy to access, responce from the hosts in every request was immediate. Confortable and well decorated. Metro & Bus station 2 minutes walk

nice neighbors who always helped us to open 1st & 2nd gates
rooms are clean
too far from Rome attractions，it takes 45-60 minutes by metro and walk to reach historical city center
and there's a day（monday） that all metro shut down suddenly for operation，that made buses impossible to squeeze onto，then we had to take Uber that costed 35monda.
shower space is far too small to have a proper showering
door system doesn't work well that someone kept making sound of ring bell through half night

Strategic location. We have gone to Rome for a music festival held in Cinecittà and we chose Roman Holiday Charming because of its proximity to the venue. The place is also well connected to city center thanks to metro A.
Hosts are extremely helpful and available. On Saturday night we faced a problem entering the building and the host immediately helped us out (it was 3 am).

I liked the place. It was clean and comfy. Good communication with host. Great connection from ciampino airport with public bus line directly to the residential area where apartment was located( about 20mim ride for €1.5 per person). Also, at the location is metro station(subaugusta) which takes you directly to city centre/Vatican( about 20mim ride??). By the corner to residential area was Carrefour supermarket and Lidl. And many local cafes, restaurants, shops etc
