Wonderful
Breakfest not included but there are plenty of caffeterias and shops around. Also a very good metro connection to everywhere you want to go.

I liked the place. It was clean and comfy. Good communication with host. Great connection from ciampino airport with public bus line directly to the residential area where apartment was located( about 20mim ride for 1.5 per person). Also, at the location is metro station(subaugusta) which takes you directly to city centre/Vatican( about 20mim ride). By the corner to residential area was Carrefour supermarket and Lidl. And many local cafes, restaurants, shops etc
Not much

Good
The apartment is close to quite a few coffee shops and restaurants so it is easy to pick up a snack or meal. There is a good new "Penny" grocery shop very close by if you want to stay in and cook. The shared kitchen is OK. The Metro line A is also very close but unfortunately it is being repaired (for the next few years I believe) so it closes at 9pm. This means catching a very crowded bus if you are in the centre of Rome at night. Also as this is the main way people get to work - the Metro is very crowded in the morning rush. - have a breakfast at one of the local bars and leave after 9.30am.
We arrived late at night (around 10.30pm) so not easy to get from the airport to the accomodation. We had to take a taxi (about 70) so we could get there in time for a late check in. Be aware that this may be the only option if you have large bags - it will be very difficult to get there by airport bus and then night bus from Rome termini at night. The apartment itself could have a few more shelves in the bathroom and a firmer bed (it was far to soft for us) The pillow selection was poor. Don't forget the Tourist tax as this can add quite a bit to your cost as it is not included.

Wonderful
This might be an ideal place for business travelers (because it is well-connected with the rest of the city), young couples (because of the bursting night life with lots of cafes and dining places) or even families with grown children (because it offers lesser-known touristic sightseeing and picnic locations like the wonderful Parco degli Acquedotti). In any case the owners, will go to extra length to make everyone feel comfortable, with their hospitality and the impeccable service of the place (which is super clean, tidy and well-organized). I have seldom met owners who are so responsive and so interested to help their customers. Thanks for all the help and support.
However, this is not an ideal choice for families with babies and young infants (<2 years old children). The elevator is too small for a stroller, the rooms can be noisy (depending on the neighbor), and there is flight of stairs from the entrance into the building to the entrance into the room which cannot be circumvented. In addition, the elevator on the "Subaugusta" metro stop is out of order (possibly throughout the whole year), so parents should beware of the hurdles of carrying strollers, suitcases, backpacks and children (all() in their hands.

Visited for only one night, we were talking to Monica on Whatsapp, extremely helpful and nice.
We were 3 people and only had 1 key between us which made it a bit difficult to enter at night if not together.

Very close to the Subaugusta metro station, grocery and cafs nearby, easy to find, clean.
The wall on the bedroom above the bed had stains and the host entered our room to collect the city tax while we were not there.

Cosy, clean apartment, with very good location. Metro is 5 minutes walk and there are lot of good bars, pizzerias, and gelateria in the region. The owner is very kind and helpful. If we go to Rome , we will choose Roman Holiday Charming again.
The neighbours are noisy.
