The hotel was very average. The cleanliness and services were both at a moderate level. There was no view from the room, and there wasn’t even a TV available.
The room lacked privacy for couples since the bathroom was made entirely of glass with no separation. The lighting in the bathroom was poor, and the dark color design made it feel depressing.
The room itself was quite small, especially considering that we booked a suite.
Overall, we were not comfortable at all during our stay — the atmosphere of the room felt gloomy and depressing.

It was the perfect stay. I couldn't ask for more. 11/10. Staff were amazing, room was perfect. Easily the best stay I've ever had and I'd never visit Rome again without coming back here as well!

We were in the royal suite (loft) this is our 3rd year in a row staying in this room. If you don't mind the stairs its a perfect location. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff is great. It's a bit of a departure from a standard hotel not a place for families but for a couple its great.
Really no dislikes, 99 steps after a meal and a bottle of wine can be a bit interesting.

Location, jacuzzi.
Not enough shelves in bathroom, no night stands (need 2), liquid soap in open dish (should be in dispensers or containers), not enough hooks for towel or bathrobe, no hooks in toilet to put up your robe. Bedding and comforter should not be tucked. It’s hard to untuck when going to bed.

The Property Is good close to Everything!
I had zero problems, no noise at night, nothing to complain.
Staff extremely friendly.
The room, lounge and reception smells amazing!
The room hot tub make all the difference after a long day enjoying and walking around the city you can soak off in the tub and relax.
This place is a 10/10
I got the French Kiss deluxe. Fair size. Bed super comfortable.
They offer water and a lot of different packages to make your experience unique.
Everything was perfect, if anything the room could be a little bit more lights and could update the tv for smart tv, or one that you can watch Netflix.

The location is great, there are loads of restaurants and bars nearby. Of course the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain are steps away. The room was a good size and very clean.
