The staff were excellent and ready to attend to your every need. Most importantly, they are very flexible with customers, just tell them what you need and they will do the very best to accommodate you. Lovely people and lovely fun place.
I must confess that they almost spoilt it. I requested for a late check out and reception was fine but it seems housekeeping didn't get the memo and we kept getting knocks on the door, which meant I couldn't sleep before my flight and they kept turning off the light in my room. My wife had to go to reception to complain. Afterwards it was sorted, so thank you. But I found it hard to sleep Afterwards.

The location is amazing! 50 meters from the Spanish Steps and 5 minutes from Trevi. The whole of Rome is at your feet! Perfect communication with the staff. Excellent service! Breakfast is served on a tray in the room and of very good quality. We will definitely use it again! Thank you

We liked the quirkyness of the property and the helpfulness of the staff
Unfortunately our toilet was making a constant dripping sound making it hard to sleep but other than that we really liked our room and would recommend the hotel to anyone taking a trip to Rome!

We loved the cheecky romantic vibe of the place. Have never had a room with its own spa bath before, luxury! The big round bed was very comfortable, and the spacious room was good. Appreciated the free water and juice from the mini bar and the good coffee machine. We opted not to include breakfast but enjoyed the superb location near the Spanish Steps, even if it was a fair hike from the station.
It took a while to sort out which light switch did what, perhaps the lighting overall could have been better, although it was good to be able to dim the lights too. It didn't seem to be possible to open the shutters of our room but to be fair, we never got around to asking staff about it. The lift was out of order for some of our stay - we were fine with using the three flights of stairs to our room but it might have been difficult for the less able-bodied.
