The location was perfect. Close to everything. Maurizio and his wife were very gracious and kind to our family. He responded really fast and was very helpful. Plenty of restaurants around the area. Water temperature and pressure is excellent, plus the free drinks and coffee are awesome. I would stay here again if given the chance.
There was construction outside for a couple of nights. Bring earplugs. Otherwise everything is great

Such a WONDERFUL hotel in an AMAZING location! My pros were how close you are to many of the must visit sites in Rome. Very close to shopping and a lot of restaurants and cafes as well. The restaurant across the street, on the corner, had a wonderful green lasagna... delicious!
Hotel room is extremely comfortable, well lit, and they provide you with everything you need. Extremely generous and very hospitable. The location of the hotel gives you the feeling as if you are living in Rome and not just traveling there. Pretty COOL!!
Taxi/Uber was extremely easy to use and the pick up location was just a few steps away. We never had to wait longer than 3 min for our driver to arrive and cost wasnt that high either. Highly recommend this place!!
I don't really have any negative comments. It is in a very busy location, however the hotel was very quiet. Staff wasn't always readably available in person but they are very easy to contact and extremely helpful. I really dont have anything negative to say.

Easy entry and Mauricio was wonderful- very attentive.
Booking.com charged me extra for early checkin but apparently this accommodation does not offer early checkin.

Everything! Maurizio welcomed us with a prosecco glass and was super friendly. The room was much better than we expected and the stay was great. There are complementary beverages in the minibar and complementary pastry, fruits, sweets and ingredients to make Aperol/Campari spirtz with a recipe of how to make it. Highly recommended.

Exactly in the city center, super convenient for tourism. But no noise from the street at all.
It is a bit old. Some facilities are not good condition. And the room is not that soundproof.

We loved the atmosphere which was very relaxed and much like being welcomed in a friend’s home. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable, and it was so nice to have snacks and drinks available free of charge. The location was also excellent. It was an easy walk to the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain but was close to the subway for getting to more distant places like the Colosseum and Vatican.

Excellent location, superbly maintained, excellent value for money and so many luxury touches. The free cocktail bar was such a lovely feature along with the espresso and fresh fruit. Simply superb.

Mauro is an excellent host. Very helpful and accommodating. Complimentary cocktails and expresso on tap. Our room had 25ft high ceilings with free mini bar. Everything is easily accessible with restaurants and bars right outside the door

Excellent location. Secure apartment on the first floor. We had a family room which was spacious. It was clean, tidy and the extra touches such as free toiletries and drinks (soft drinks, spirits and Prosecco) were appreciated.
