• Very clean,
• Central - location was a nice mix in that it was between the Vatican and the other main touristy area
• excellent host - checked in daily if we needed anything, and gave great recommendations
It was quite noisy. The walls and doors were paper thin but make loud noises when they close so you could hear the other guests leaving very early 5.30 / 6am to get out to join the queues for the free tours on Sundays

It was a really nice apartment in a beautiful building. It was close to the metro, Vatican City, and St. Angelo Castle, and it was only 15 minutes walk to the city center. The apartment was clean, not a tiny room, and it had all the necessary staff. Also, the owner provided water, capsules for a coffee machine, and tea. The bedding and towels were fresh and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We received all necessary instructions, and the communication with the owner and administrator was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay in the apartment.

Clean spacious room. We liked he extra space. Good location, bakeries closer by for breakfast. Near the Vatican, good direction of restaurants at Piazza risorgimento
Narrow elevator made my wife claustrophobic.

Annarita is an excellent property manager. She welcomed us and gave us some tips about public transport. The room was clean and comfortable.
The rooms are very poorly soundproofed. It is not a big problem if you are going to stroll around the city all day, but I think it can be improved.

Good location and it was easy to get in touch with the host by texts. They answered texts fast and gave us tips when needed.
The shower was hard to get good temperature.
Our bed creaked a lot.
