Daniel was super nice and very responsive; we were also allowed to keep our luggage on the day of check-out until evening.The location is great, there are a few nice restaurants and good leather stores nearby.

Cosy apartment in the center of the city (as the name "clearly" states)... it can be used as your starting point for your walking tours around the city. The owner was friendly and very co-operative. Both check-in and check-out ran smoothly.

Very nice and comfortable place. In the middle of Rome, everything in walking distance or many bus possibilities just outside the building. The host is very helpfull and service minded, and easy to contact.
When the neighbour guests come back or leave it can be noisy just outside the room.

Could have had shelving in the bathroom to place toiletries. And towel racks/hooks that were reachable for a short person.

The B&B is in the heart of the city withing walking distance to most attractions. The rooms are light and airy with excellent views. The facilities are adequate and guests are provided with toiletries in the en-suites. Tea and Coffee making facilities in rooms, mini fridge, TV and AC if required. Staff friendly and unobtrusive. Option to have room made up daily or just when requested. This is our third stay at this B&B and we have never been disappointed, There is no actual breakfast served but there is a very reasonably priced cafe a couple of hundred yards along the road,
I have no complaints . I perhaps would have enjoyed hotter water for my shower - it was not cold in any way but I like a really hot shower!

A very clean and well-equipped room in a great location in the heart of Rome. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows, and I really appreciated the coffee, tea kettle and fridge in the room. The location is fantastic for walking or grabbing a bus to all the hot spots, and the street noise is low. The host was very responsive to my questions, and I appreciated the breakfast coupons where the Caffe served excellent cappucino!
I wasn't able to reduce the heat to my liking -- though I turned it way down, the radiator seemed to continue to pump out heat.
