Location was excellent. Very close to a bus stop. and several sights.
Could have had shelving in the bathroom to place toiletries. And towel racks/hooks that were reachable for a short person.

The location was great!
It isn’t a dislike but, we had to wait several hours to drop our luggage for the day. Maybe we should have reached out and made plans with them earlier.

A very clean and well-equipped room in a great location in the heart of Rome. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows, and I really appreciated the coffee, tea kettle and fridge in the room. The location is fantastic for walking or grabbing a bus to all the hot spots, and the street noise is low. The host was very responsive to my questions, and I appreciated the breakfast coupons where the Caffe served excellent cappucino!
I wasn't able to reduce the heat to my liking -- though I turned it way down, the radiator seemed to continue to pump out heat.

We liked the central location.
It was difficult getting into the building. You had to navigate four doors with locks to finally get into your room.

The hotel was in a good location
We struggled to open all 3 doors needed to enter our room and even got locked in our room for a little while. The owner responded eventually, once we figured it out,but there's not someone there for assistance all of the time

Clean and nicely remodeled bathroom and bedroom. Bed was comfortable and self check in was easy, we didn't get into Rome till 9pm but had no problems getting in. Location is also great.

Very clean, great location, nice staff. The apartment is very secure. Daniel was very helpful, always answering all the questions.
I would recommend this place to everyone.

Al Centro di Roma was very centrally located. The room was very clean. The elevator to the 4th floor was nice. The bed was comfortable. It was nice that there were shades to cover the windows.
The bathroom was very clean but on the smaller side. It was hard to communicate with the staff. They were there for check in but we were not given much instructions for how to get into the building and how to leave. Upon leaving, we were stuck at a gate that was locked that you have to get out of but no one would answer or answer the phone or text when calling for help. We didn’t have our keys anymore since we were checking out. It made it very stressful to leave since we needed to be at the airport early. Thankfully we found a button after a while in a different hallway to press and we were able to get out. It seems as if others were having the same issues since on a different morning I heard buzzing and knocking at the door. Besides check-in, we didn’t see any staff anymore during our stay.

Room was ready early and check in was really easy. Guy who checked me in was extremely helpful in explaining some things about the TV reception.Room was bright and spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was really nice with plenty of hot water and a great shower. Location was right in the heart of the tourist district. Everything was so close.

The room was spotlessly clean. Super nice host. The location is perfect. Near Rome’s main attractions and close to trastevere, a great neighborhood for the nighttime. Hope to go back soon.

The refrigerator in the room makes noise, so if you’re sensitive to noises while sleeping you might want to bring with you some earplugs
