Very Good
We stayed 3 nights in Suite Argentina. We like the location and it’s roomy than the hotel room. The apartment is clean and tidy. A convenient store is just around the corner.
The host is very friendly and helpful. He keeps WhatsApp us about the arrival time and greet us in the apartment. Besides, he brought us a bottle of red wine, bread and jam.
Nothing. We know the apartment is located in an old building.

Great location. If you don't mind walking a little, you can visit the Vatican and just about all of the major sights. There is a small grocery store next door and several restaurants nearby. There is also a taxi area about 50 meters away. The apartment is roomy and very historical. Has been family owned for about 100 years. When we arrived at the apartment, there was bread, jam, and juice in the refrigerator. Very thoughtful. We would stay again.
Not a problem for us, but if you have mobility issues, there are stairs to reach the apartment.

Good
The location was great. The host was wonderful. The snacks and recommendations were very thoughtful. The A/C actually worked and worked well (which didn’t always happen at some other places we stayed.) Bed space was small but normal for Europe. The trundle bed was a little small for my 6’1’ teenage son and is in the main bedroom. The living room furniture lacks support and could be replaced. Otherwise, this was a wonderful stay, was charming and could not have been a better end to a 2 week European trip.

Host was amazing. Always available and helpful
Location - we were able to walk to all major attractions in half hour or less.
Again host was outstanding!!!!
Apartment served as the location for a family photo/art gallery or studio. This was advertised, so not surprised. In person we found all the photos and family history a little uncomfortable.

Superb location for exploring Rome - most things were a short walk away, and for getting further afield there is a very conveniently located bus stop and taxi stand a few hundred meters away from the apartment. The host, Valerio, was exceptional. I'd mentioned that I was gluten free, and he went out of his way to bring in a few GF provisions to tie us over on our first few days. Grazie mille Valerio!

We communicated with the host about our arrival time. Even though we arrived a bit late, the host waited for us and let us into the apartment, gave us a little history of the place. We felt very welcome with a bottle of wine and the host also as kindly stocked the fridge with some drinks and snacks for our comfort. We were shown how to use the keys for the property and felt very secured with the safety features of the apartment.
A very comfortable cot was put in the bedroom for our younger teenage daughter, and there was another bed in another room for our older daughter. The mattresses were on the firm side and perfect for us. The living room has a comfy couch and 2 armchairs, plus a round dining room table for 4. We enjoyed having the option of using the kitchen for our morning espresso and quick breakfast. The bathroom was clean and bright, but as in most European apartments, very small. The hot water was steady and strong for a nice shower. Most importantly, this apartment had a new and quiet AC, which we needed as our stay in early July was mid 35 degree celsius in Rome. This accommodation was a wonderful refuge everyday after exploring outside.
The location was very central. 10-25 minute walk to the Pantheon, Colosseum, Trevi Fountains, and the Vatican. It is not close to a Metro station, but we caught a taxi for $8 to the Vatican one early morning.
On the same floor, there is another apartment, and on our last 2 days stay, our next door neighbours were very loud and we could hear them when we sat in the living room. However, they were not loud for long periods of time, and quiet hours was respected, so we didn't think this was a problem. If you are very noise sensitive, and happen to have super insensitive neighbours, the thin wall may bother you.

Wonderful
Excellent location and the host, Valerie, was amazing! On arrival we had what we needed for breakfast for the first days. We got all kinds of advice and a brief story of the building. The apartment was neat and clean with a highly personal touch, very nice.
It would have been great with a washing machine. But that was not in the description so no fault. The bathroom is a bit small but nothing you cannot live with. There is just a thin door between this apartment and the adjacent one so you can hear what your neighbours are talking about. I suggest hanging a thick curtain on any side of that door to myggmedel any sound.

Wonderful
The location was excellent. The apartment was very clean and Valerio made sure we had everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen.
Very hard to pick anything, but if you had to, it was missing a washing machine.

the wonderful history of the building, so kindly and lovingly told by Valerio himself. the location cannot be faulted as we were walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants.
I could not fault the property at all. we were welcomed with food and wine for our stay and I was able to contact Valerio when I needed tourist advice.

Valerio was a terrific host - warm, communicative, and super helpful with recommendations. The history of this apartment as an old photographic studio owned by his family gave it an extra level of interest and its location would be hard to beat. It’s not only easily walkable to Trastevere and the Forum/Colloseum but also handily close to a cab rank and a good supermarket.

amazing host and apartment!
the apartment itself is 10/10. I think the host does an exceptional job at making you feel super comfortable.
One thing is that the street is very loud at night but this is out of anyone’s control. it is the heart of Rome, which is an extraordinary and lovely city so it comes with the territory.
I would definitely stay here again. Location is unbelievable great.
