The location, hosts, amenities, security, and layout were all fantastic! We had 4 adults and 4 kids all with plenty of room. There is a table for 8 available to use as well. The balcony was terrific.
We liked everything! However a couple things of minor things we would add or change is to add towel hooks in the bathroom so clothes could hang up while showering. Also could hang towels to dry after showers.
Also, there’s not a place to sit and lounge (like a couch). This is totally fine, but just something to note if it’s important to you.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. Fabio (& Ramona) were excellent hosts and kept in communication from the booking all the way til we were on our way back. The location was great, the food recommendations were excellent, and we would definitely stay here again when we come back!

the location was great. walking distance to the vatican , railway station and grocery stores. perfect location
the beds were very uncomfortable. they have to be replaced. Bathroom shower cubicle was too small and a heavy big person was not easy to fit in there. I wish you have at least one wall hook to hang the towels and at least one extra pilow for the rooms. only 2 pillows per room.

The location is amazing! Convenient to St. Peter’s as well as many great restaurants and a train station. The apartment itself is clean and modern, and we were provided with a very nice set of initial provisions, including coffee, milk and juice!

The apartment owners were incredibly helpful in every aspect. The apartment itself is very nice and well-maintained. A major advantage is its location in Rome, which made sightseeing easy without the need for additional transportation, such as a car. It’s also very convenient to reach the airport, as the train station is nearby. Another great feature is the peaceful neighborhood, away from the crowds. The terrace is a huge plus, offering a stunning view of St. Peter's Basilica. I highly recommend this place!

This property was very close to the Vatican with a view from the porch. Convenient street with a grocery store within a block. We were surprised by the welcome snacks and drinks. Plenty of room for our large family!
It was fantastic having a washer and drying rack in the apartment.
The Nespresso machine was broken and the stovetop espresso pot was missing a handle so it made morning coffee almost impossible. It would be great if a bit more information was given about the recycling and garbage disposal but it all worked out.

Fantastic location. Lots of space for 6 adults. Host was fantastic - gave us free things upon arrival like breakfast items and wine. Communication was good throughout. Kitchen had what we needed to make Xmas dinner.
We had a few small issues during our stay, which the host either explained or fixed. The coffee machine didn’t work (they replaced immediately). The heating is only during the day, not at night (although we were never uncomfortable during the stay). You can’t use the washing machine and dishwasher together as it trips the electric. They used glass bottles for the shower gel, which fell and smashed in the shower which I thought was a little dangerous (thankfully no one got hurt). Otherwise, everything was good.

Property is located very close to Vatican. It was centrally located to all the attractions, restaurants, and grocery store. Refrigerator had some items available for us for breakfast.
Management team was extremely responsive and made sure we had all of our needs met. The espresso machine stoped working after the first use. I have contacted Ramona to let her know. It was fixed right away.
Shower doors had gaps and after the first shower we had a lot of water on the bathroom floor but we found a way to shower that it was not leaking that bad.
