The property was very clean and neat and had all the essentials. There was a grocery store across it and many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The person in charge, Cristina, is very nice and responds to inquiries right away.

The apprartment is located in a great location, walking diatance from all sites.
It was clean, equipped, and very nice.
And in addition, our contact Christina was auper great. She actually waited for ua on our arrival. Was super nice, and available amd responsive on WhatsApp for any questions we had (also helped ua with a taxi)

Cristina was available to meet us at the apartment and show us around. She was very responsive and availbable on whatapps at all times during out stay to assist with transportation and any other need. The location of this properly is supberb, a short walk to the Spanish steps in one direction and to the Trevi fountain in the other direction. Air conditioning meant it was a lovely place to retreat to after some sightseeing. There is a mini market literally next door which kept my 3 teenagers supplied in cool drinks and snacks. A late check out on our final day was much much appreciated.
The apartment suited out needs as a family of 5. The little kitchenette allowed us to prepare breakfast and snacks.

This apartment was just we needed after landing in Rome post cruise. Christina the apt manager met us with the keys and helped us in. The accomodations were great and just as stated on Bookings.com. It was great having a kitchen as we could cook some meals. We also had enough space to spread out a bit. The location was fantastic. A market across the street and centrally located to many must see sights in Rome. Christina tried to accommodate an extra night for us but unfortunately they were booked. However she booked us a van to get us on our way to our air port hotel which was so appreciated. My family would stay again in a heart beat!
The rain shower head was a bit wonky as it only seemed to have cold water. Had to use the hand held head.

The hosts were fantastic and went out of their way to stay connected and make arrangements. They provided storage for our baggage the morning after checking out and arranged transportation to and from the airport. We also felt very safe in the property.
There is a bit of odor as you enter the premises but not in the actual apartment. The bathroom is a bit crowded.

The apartment we rented was just perfect. Great location, spacious and clean. Host was very responsive to all questions, helping us with ordering a taxi from the airport, allowing us to leave the luggage in the apartment even after checking out. I would definitely come back!
The street was a bit noisy, also during a night but this is a price for staying in the city centre. Comfortable beds, window blinds allow us to sleep well despite some noise.

We were late to arrive but were met by host’s partner who was lovely and very helpful. He told us everything we needed to know. The property was clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. We spent so little time in the apartment but it was perfect for what we required. Our host also let us leave our bags a little later than check out which was very kind and a great help as we weren’t leaving til late in the day.
The neighbours were a bit noisy on the Saturday morning and we could hear them very clearly but to be honest everything else was perfect.

Disappointing
We were placed in an apartment on the first floor, which was significantly smaller than what was shown in the photos. There was one room with a double bed and another room with a single bed and a portable bed. The bathroom was only accessible through the room with the single beds, which posed a serious privacy issue since we had to pass through my parents-in-law’s room to use the bathroom. Moreover, all the sounds from the bathroom could clearly be heard in the room.
The windows looked out onto a damp and mossy inner courtyard, which resembled a neglected apartment shaft. One of the pillows was extremely thick, while the other was as thin as paper. In the living room, there was only one small couch that could barely seat two people closely together.
The kitchen, however, was equipped with sufficient utensils, which was a positive aspect.
Overall, I can say that the photos are highly misleading. In the double bedroom, there was a door that couldn’t be opened. When we asked about it, we were told it was a storage room. However, one morning at around 5:00 AM, we heard loud noises coming from behind that door, which was very disturbing.
The apartment does not offer a proper common area to relax in. If you’re visiting with kids and only need a place to sleep, it might be manageable. However, if you’re coming as a group of friends or with elderly family members, I definitely would not recommend it.
