Room was lovely, comfortable and larger than expected. Front desk staff was very accommodating.
Could have used more help flagging down a cab. Overall, very pleased with the facility.
All good, cost was a bit high, but worth it.

Location. Steps to main train station, in the middle of many restaurant choices.
Not clean. Elisabetta would not be happy about this hotel and the room we were given. The toilet in the bathroom was not clean. Management should be active in checking after the cleaners, including lifting the toilet lid. Also, after booking you are given a $ surprise, they call it a discretionary tip? There are no staff at the door to greet you or help you with your luggage upon entering and no one in the elevator doorway…this gives the impression that it is a lower rated hotel and not a luxury hotel. Elisabetta should be ashamed at labeling this part of a luxury chain in Italy….well maybe that is what Italians expect in luxury.

Interior design has boutique feeling with wooden furnitures
No power points at bed side. No way to charge ur phone.
Bath tub is slippery. Almost fell down. Eventually need to put a few towels in the tub as mat.
There is no shower gel given in the room, it has empty spot for it but I only figure it is missing in mid of showering. Probably mistake from housekeeper.
And worst part is when check-in, staff gave me wrong room card, ending us standing at wrong doors for few mins trying to open the door and inside got people already...

The location of the property was ideal. Next to Termini and 20 mins walk to Piazza Di Spagna and Trevi. Rooms were so specious compared to the rest of hotels in Italy. Comfy bed and beautiful bathroom with a big bathtub.

The hotel is located at 5-7 minutes walking distance to the Roma Termini train station, very convenient if you decide to take the Leonardo Express train from the airport! We arrived around 5pm and we were greeted by one of the receptionists, Daniela. She told us our room was upgraded free of charge and she took us to our room which was the best room we had in Italy during our one-week visit.
The reception was wonderful decorated for Christmas and we were offered vouchers for the restaurant and bar.
We also received a surprise gift - a box with jellies.
Unfortunately, we could stay only one night before flying back home, but we will book here when will visit Rome again!

The location is perfect, the facilités superb, and the staff highly informative and helpful. If we needed a cab, the front desk provided one in 4 minutes. Restaurant recommendations were helpful and well-informed and suggestions for tourist attractions knowledgeable.
We liked everything about this hotel. We’ve stayed at this hotel before and at other Starhotel properties. They are high-quality hotels and we return annually.

The location was perfect and staff was very helpfull. It was one of the cleanest hotels we stayed. As family we left happy.
There was heat problem in our room, it was too cold especially nights and the climate was set to 20 celcius. We stayed the hotel on november and nights were cold. Recepsion offered us to send a heatünf machine but we did not prefer to use. So they tried to solve the problem but i would prefer that problem never occured. We stayed on top floor may be cause of heat loose is roof i dont know.

Water of the shower has no pressure. When you change the water from the faucet to the shower head only half of the water converted to the shower head, half of it comes out from the faucet.
