Julia was a most hospitable host. Fabulous breakfasts, great location, room well set up for travellers with luggage and super comfortable bed. She also saved us time, worries and money by recommending the train to Civitavecchia instead of the shuttle transfers we had already booked, but were able to cancel with a full refund. Even if we couldnt get our refund, it would still have been less money than the taxi to the shuttle pickup. You couldnt ask for a nicer host.

The location couldnt be better for our short time in Rome. It was very close to restaurants and sightseeing so we could walk to everything.
There was nothing that I didnt like. Property owner was so responsive and helpful. Just wonderful.

Clean quiet and convenient to walk to Vatican . Also away from hustle and bustle of crowds but can walk to major sites by walking across the river.
Would be nice to have a kettle for tea and coffee but not a problem

Location is perfect, we got there always by foot, even though there are bus stops, we loved to walk through Vatican City. The room was comfortable, the hot shower at the end of a long day walk is perfect, the air conditioner always worked fine, we didn't get disturbed by any noise at any time. The breakfast was delicious, big and on time, made by Giulia herself. Delicious coffee with her much loved Lavazza Coffee Maker. She was so lovely and kind and we would love to return for sure. It was a really pleasant stay. I couldn"t recommend it more. BONUS. The elevator is a gem. So cute!

Guilia was a wonderful host :) the room was clean, comfortable and as described. The breakfast was lovely and Guilia was great with providing local recommendations or advice. She also stored our luggage before and after which was super helpful. AC worked great and was very welcome as it was hot during our stay! Convenient location for walking to the Vatican or Trastevere, also not far to walk into the centre.
The shower was a tad small because of the rainfall head but that is clutching at straws.

Excellent! Giulia was very attentive and kind - and I enjoyed the breakfast a lot! Easy to get around the city by bus and taxi. Walking to the heritage area takes about 30 min. and Vatican is super close.

We loved the location of this b&b. It was a close walk to St. Peters Basilica and Vatican City but not too close that you were close to the crowds. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Perfect place to rest after a busy day exploring Rome.
Our host, Giulia, was wonderful and kind. Very hospitable. She let us know what to expect how much to pay in taxi fare from the airport and called us a taxi when we left for Roma Termini. We enjoyed the fresh breakfast Giulia cooked for us each morning, great way to start the day!

The guest house has a perfect location to make a tour around Rome starting from Vatican. The train station is also very close (5-7 min walk). There are just enough cosy restaurants around the block to go out for a dinner. Julia is a very accommodating and friendly host who keeps the hous neat and tidy!

Definitely beyond our expectations. The room was very clean, and well designed. We had the room with a little balcony. Giulia was super friendly, kind and welcoming host who prepared us tasty breakfast. Great location to walk around Rome (few minutes from the Vatican) and explore all the main attractions. I would definitely recommend this place for your stay :)

A fantastic stay with a very warm host named Giulia.
The room was spaciuos and well designed.
Location is perfect, 5 min walk to the Vatican square, also next to bus 46 stop, which takes directly to the heart of the city. Also multiple restaurants and shops close to the house.
The owner gave us tips and directions on all questions we asked about the city
Breakfast was very good, consisting of toasts, hams, cheeses, meats and eggs, a nice exception to the usual B&B breakfast of just a coffee and cornetto.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and the host left us a very good impression of Roman hospitality and friendliness :)
