I have stayed in so many hotels around Europe, the experience with this particular guest house will stay with me for long time. I love everything about the guest house. I personally think its quite beautiful for the amount charged. I enjoyed my stay here. It was clean, tidy and the kitchen has what you need to enjoy your stay. On top of that, its close to all attractions.

Bed is very confortable
There isnt a breakfast but some something to eat. Save time and gonout tonhave a propor breakfast. The lady, maybe manager, is impolite and pretty rude toward unattended time, even though it is beyond our responsibility (in my case a huge problem at Termini - no taxi available, around 50 people queueing. It took 1:30 to have a taxi.

Location is perfect. But it is pretty noisy during night since it is near the street
It will be very helpful to include a picture of the gate of this property (or some landmarks). It took me at least 15min to figure out where the property is. When I asked the store owners nearby, nobody was heard about the property. Finally, I was able to find it by checking on the property number on the street.

I did not like it
First - I used the bathroom but the water stocked and the handle took off they switch me to another room at the another room I found bugs on the bed. I checked. And they did not return my money back. I scared if that bugs will go inside my clothes and my hair I could not sleep

I like that they have an espresso machine and snacks with fridge in your room.
Theres no elevator. The AC was very weak. We went there in the peak of summer with temperatures in the 90s and our room was uncomfortable because of poor air conditioning.

After walking around rome, this was honestly the best location to stay. Right next to the metro, and walking distance from many locations.

The staff, especially Maria was so friendly. We checked in late and even though we had the language barrier, she helped us much. The location is great if you want to be closer to Vatican, right on the Main Street very close to metro.
We were disappointed by the rooms. We found the pictures deceiving because the rooms they reserved for us were too small and not decorated like shown in the pictures. The breakfast was just a small room for 4-5 people around one single table (if you can squeeze in) with coffee/tea (not served/just the machine and you figure it out) and some sad, packaged croissants and dry bread which lay there for days and days. Its ok just to sleep at night after a long day of sightseeing but does not worth the money.
