Very nice and clean property, well looked after. The location is great as is it just round the corner from Vatican city. Restaurants and supermarkets are just a few steps away.

I didn't realise on the Booking.com website that I had booked a room without a view of St. Perter's and instead my view was the carpark behind the building.

The location is lovely. One can view the Basillica Dome from the front of the hotel. There are two delightful (and I thought reasonable) restaurants adjacent to the hotel. The room is clean and nice. Our room had a balcony. It was a very nice room and in a very nuce part of town. The owner was very accomodating in ordering us reasonable transportation to the airport. The security is very good.
Too be honest, it is not what I didn't like, it ls what I did not know. Make sure to download the "Whats App" on your phone and keep in contact with the owner on your arrival time. Also check your email frequently for check in instructions. Because I did not check my emails, we found ourselves in a lovely marble lobby with no reception desk and no idea what to do. Be aware that most places in Italy do not have a lobby reception desk like the bigger hotels in the US. The owners are offsite and need to know when you will arrive. When told to let the hotel know your arrival time and check instructions, better do it!

There was no breakfast
There were many issues, mold and cracks in the tile in bathroom, no ceiling fan in the bathroom. The linens, pillow cases were dirty and stained. The front gate door was left open on multiple days, the keybox where our room keys were was completely open when we arrived. The safe was locked in my room.

The property was lovely and very central to transport and site seeing. The owners were lovely and very helpful and considerate.

We booked the hotel at one price but ended up paying significantly more, which already didn’t meet expectations. The room is tiny—only 15 m²—and while the view of the cathedral is nice, it doesn’t compensate for the noise. The windows face a highway, and the restaurant below runs late into the night, making it impossible to sleep. Music, car sounds, and people talking are very audible. The price of 215 euros per night is not justified—there are much better options for this price. The overall rating of 9.0 seems highly inflated. P.s. writing this review at 00:34 before check out because can’t sleep due to loud music in restaurant downstairs

We liked the location close to Vatican, the view from the room and easy access (elevator). The room was clean and comfortable equipped with the kettle, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Lots of restaurants nearby.

This location is perfect to visit Vantican Museum and St.Peter Basilica. There is a bus stop just outside of building that is really conveniently reach to different well-known sites. The staff is so friendly and helpful.
