The property is in a perfect location . Great shopping and restaurants areas all in walking distance . The facility had great accommodations and the owner was very nice !

The location was excellent, very close to Piazza di Spagna and the Corso, lots of bars, restaurants and shops including a mini market nearby. Very secure and on the third floor, there is a lift, albeit very small. Three double bedrooms and one decent sized single room, perfect for our needs. Well appointed kitchen including a washing machine, two bathrooms, one with bath and hand held shower and one with a shower cubicle and no bath.
The photographs suggested there were at least two en suite bathrooms and one other bathroom. In fact two bedrooms shared a Jack and Jill bathroom and there was one other shower room. The kitchen was very dimly lit. However for three nights for 6 people it was more than sufficient as we spent most of our time out sightseeing.

Location is great. Just few steps from Piazza di Spagna. The apartment is on the third floor but the building has a small elevator so it is not an issue. Comfortable rooms, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms for our group of 5 was just enough. >The owner and staff very friendly and helpful. The street is quiet at night so it is a good place to rest after long walks.

Location was as perfect as it could get. Right off the main shopping area on a quiet street with multiple restaurants and corner store within steps. Home was very clean and host was lovely at arranging everything and suggesting restaurants etc. Although we only used it a few times, it was nice to have an elevator available. Everything was very clean and well set up.
Minor issue with supplies in the kitchen. Not enough to decrease rank from 10.

Location was excellent, and the apartment was spacious and beds were comfortable. The lift was very handy.
A few things in the apartment require attention-washing machine, ironing board, and one of the bathroom showers. Angelo was friendly to communicate and appreciated our feedback. Overall a good experience.

Spacious, comfortable, extremely central and walkable location. Frederico was very friendly and helpful on check in.
One bathroom (in the hall) smelled constantly of wastewater, and the shower had old moldy caulk along the base. Spotty and slow wifi. Could use more and warmer lights.

The house is in a perfect location, near to some of the key attractions of Rome. The house is very clean, spacious for groups of families or families. The host is very helpful. Deffinitely I would go back.

So much space!! Good kitchen facilities and comfortable bedrooms. Oh, and an utterly fabulous location.
Angelo made us feel right at home and was very helpful during our stay.
I would highly recommend this apartment.

Really good location, property clean and well equipped. Some fixtures / fittings could of been better quality (plastic bedside lamps) lamp over bathroom sink had no bulb
