Breakfast had all the essentials. It was ok to have something to eat. The staff was trying to serve very fast and very polite. They were offering different type of coffees which was nice.
The general feeling of the place was that it was not clean. I found a huge spider under my bed that had created home there. After talking to the staff they did not seem to bother, but rather explained to me that its because of the plants outside and they cannot kill the plants. Funny but not so funny. There was no effort to change something. If the room was cleaned thoroughly at the same day the spider would not have had time to build a home.

Wonderful
We spent three nights and we had a great time. It is a simple hotel, and it is managed in a friendly way. The staff were all really nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and the location is simply perfect. The hotel is 10 minutes away from some of the most beautiful sights in Rome, and yet it is tucked into a very quiet corner, with hardly any traffic. Very recommended for tourism and resting. Finally, the breakfast: rich, with plenty of choice and very good quality food. A great way to start the day. Overall, a great experience with excellent value for money.
The breakfast is served in a covered terrace, which can be cold. That space could do with better insulation.

The front desk staff were very nice. I arrived very early so they held my luggage and offered me breakfast. The breakfast area was very nice.
The shower water pressure was weak. The ground floor rooms are very close to entry, so can be noisy if you want to nap off jet lag.

We travelled as group for a working meeting in Rome in October 2025 and we decided to stay at the Sourire hotel which was recommended by our colleague who had been staying there before. It is located in a quiet and safe area, close to restaurants and metro, very central. Staff of the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. I've heard from colleagues that whenever they needed to ask for help at the reception the issues they addressed were solved quickly. The breakfast was good in comparison to other hotels in Rome that often only suggests cakes and sweets.
We really enjoyed our stay in Sourire and will come back there again!

+ Spacious, well maintained and clean rooms and spaces
+ Friendly and caring staff. In breakfast there were a few options of deli meat, mostly pork. Once the staff learned that we don’t eat pork, they offered us beef/turkey options the following days. Very nice of them!
+No big deal but we could hear guests in the adjacent room watching TV.

The breakfast was wonderful! Many options. The room was nice and cool which felt great after walking around the city on a warm day. Location was great, proximity to a taxi station was incredible. People at front desk were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a super helpful and accomodating staff. The room and hotel were exactly as shown on the photos.

There was not a single negative aspect. Yes, the bathroom was small, but it's like this everywhere in Rome. Stuff that was not included in the room, like a kettle was no problem because we could ask the staff to prepare us hot water and glasses and we returned them the next morning. Amazing, perfect staff, 10/10.

This is my second time to stay here after my first visit to Rome in 2017. The room is a bit small but is it comfortable enough for one person. Staff are as friendly and helpful as usual. Breakfast is also good. You can take a short bud ride to Circo Massimo or Piazza Venezia. The location is very convenient.

I liked almost everything. The location was very good near the metro station and a couple of the main Roman attractions, it's not central but it's is to get to it.
The breakfast was also excellent plenty of very good choices.
And finally, the staff. They were extremely kind and nice to us.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and I'll save it for a return of myself.
The room was in the last floor, near the roof of the building and it was quite hot during the night. But I understand I choose an economic option so I had what I paid, I'm not complaining about it. The water in the shower didn't have enough pressure to take a bath comfortably. Just small details that did not affect my overall satisfaction.

amazing location, really cute and clean room, lived the breakfast. they even prepared breakfast to go for us when we left earlier than the planned breakfast timeslot. everyone was very helpful. Overall amazing experience, highly recommend.
