Conveniently located. Very clean and with all the toiletries. Coffee and pastries are complementary. Wifi access. Owner was always available and helpful. We walked almost everywhere or took the metro or taxi. Absolutely recommended

Giordano was very nice! He explained everything in detail and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The room was clean, and the location is absolutely amazing, close to everything.

The property was clean. We always had a daily cleaning service. It has a small kitchen with coffee, tea, fridge and utensils. It also provides small snacks. Close to the metro and 20 minutes walk to the Roman Colosseum. It has markets nearby and places with authentic Italian food nearby. His host was always very attentive and at all times we received excellent recommendations from him. Certainly a good place to stay.
The size of the room was a little bit to small; but to be fear for the standard in Rome it was pretty decent and comfortable.

Giordano was helpful during the stay, providing guidance on places to visit, which added some convenience. However, the accommodation itself was quite average. The room offered only basic comfort, and the lift was extremely small. While the location was practical with a metro station nearby, the overall experience was modest rather than memorable.

The location is PERFECT! It's literally a 5-10 walk to the colleseum. There are food & souvenir shops nearby. The terminal is a 10 minute walk and the three regular train station is a 5 minute walk. The host very pleasant, nice, and he responded to messages in a timely manner for directions or whatever lil tips we asked. I would definitely stay here again.
It's overseas, so we already know everything is kind small or condensed, but the only thing I didn't like was how small the elevator was, but I am former athlete so walking up the stairs if necessary didn't bother me too much.

Excellent location, close to the main interesting places (several hundred meters from the Garden of the Emperor Trajan, Nero Domus Aurea and the Colosseum, as well as from the basilicas Santa Maria Maggiore and San Giovanni in Lateran) to the metro station and to many restaurants and bistros. The host/owner, Giordano, was extremely helpful, answered all our questions and rapidly found solutions to our demands. Towels were changed every day, the bed was perfectly arranged too. There is a coffee machine in the entrance area and coffee capsules on the table in the room, together with some small croissants and fruit juice.
Our room looked upon the street and was very noisy in the night. There are other rooms on that floor that might be more quiet.

Although basic, it had all necessities including mini fridge, coffee machine, and a few snacks for a simple breakfast. Good natural light. Room was also serviced daily which I didn’t expect. Giordano was an excellent host and provided multiple suggestions for eateries in the area. Good communication.

Breakfast was not much more than a little snack. There was a coffee pot in the hallway outside the room which made delicious coffee. The location was excellent. The train station was about a five minute walk, the colosseum was about 10 minutes. There were a slew of restaurants within walking distance.

Prime location - 14 min walk from the colosseum, every historical site etc. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Giordano the owner was very kind and gave us lots of recommendations and was very helpful!
Everything is a bit small - traveling with large suitcases was a bit uncomfortable.

The location is fantastic, very close to attractions, restaurants, buses, and the metro. I arrived very late, and the host gave clear instructions for self-check-in. The room is spacious, and the air conditioning made my late summer stay very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We were late arriving because of travel problems, but our host waiting for us and was very patient. He still took the time to explain the area, places to see, and especially things to look out for and be aware of. Our host was excellent, stayed in touch with us via WhatsApp messaging and always answered quickly. The airport shuttle was arranged easily through our host and it arrived early! Excellent stay.
Nothing could have been improved. The room was excellent, our host extremely prompt and helpful in every way, and only a brisk 10 minute walk from the colosseum, you couldn't ask for much more. Even the fridge was restocked each day.

Wonderful
Giordano was a wonderful host, friendly, helpful, and very responsive on WhatsApp. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, and within walking distance to both the tram and Metro. The room and bathroom were clean and reasonably spacious by Rome standards, and the small fridge in the room was a convenient touch. The internet was also reliable, which we appreciated. We had a fantastic stay and really appreciated Giordano allowing us to leave our luggage with him on our last day so we could explore the city before catching our train.
The lift is a bit quirky and takes some time to get used to, but it does the job.

The location of the property was key to us. We were situated approximately 20 minutes walking from the Colosseum! And other area of Rome like the Trevi Fountain and the palantine were close by. But the star of the show was a lovely gentleman named Giordano!!!
He was a very welcome host who made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were perfect and clean
