Very Good
Very attentive and professional staff. The breakfast buffet was serving good quality fresh and varied food suited for all tastes, sweet or salty. The room was large, modern and nicely designed with very efficient air conditioning. Great bathroom with a large shower and strong water pressure. The matrace was very comfortable and the room was quiet, you could not hear neighbours or street noises. The hotel is located in a calm street. I would definitely recommend and I would go back again.
The only two negative points: the room was a little humid, I think the humidity of the bathroom was not extracting well. About the Location of the hotel: While the proximity with the Termini train station was very practical on arrival as we arrived from Firenze by train, it also brings security issues around the train station. However, there was always many security staff in the train station and policemen and we did not have any issues during our stay. We however prefered to take the subway from the Piazza della Repubblica which felt safer than the Termini station.

Its near to Roma termini which is convenient. The room was clean and most facilities are provided, that include cleaning tissues, good quality shampoo + hair conditioner, bidet and minibar.
The room is small and not spacious. Its hard to open luggage and roam in room. Felt we paid more for the size of the room provided.

Great location close to Metro (A/B) and Rome Train Station. Good breakfast. Most of the hotel staff are helpful except one man at the reception. Although the room is on the first floor and is facing the street, the room is quiet.
Bath-gel were empty when we checked in the room. On paper it says dialing No. "9" for room services but no luck in my room. Then I had to go down to the hotel reception counter to report the situation. There was no other guest at the reception then but the hotel staff there (a man who was idle doing nothing) may not have the patience but kept saying there was no problem to dial "No. 9" (it worked at the hotel reception but not in my room). Anyway, due to miscommunication, he arranged replacement of "Shampoo" promptly (instead of "Bath-gel"). Then I had to go down again ...
