This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel with an airport shuttle. These were the two things we were looking for as we had an early flight the next morning. Neither was the case! Our room also stunk of cigarette smoke, and the shower dripped all night!

The facility was GREAT , everything I wanted. The staff and management ruined it...... I should have known better .
The management was terrible!!! Some affluent / political person and his group were there. Management had their nose so far up his colon that he will not need a colonoscopy for 20 years. ALL Rules of safety were abandoned for his terror pre-adolescent

We have stayed at several sheratons around the world, this one should be stripped of the Sheraton name! Old empty fridge, front desk not helpful, 25 mins to town, GROSS breakfast, do not stay here

Yes the staff was trying to take advantage of me. They started charging my card twice a day even though I already paid for hotel. They said there system is messed up. Cousin had same problem. Never again will I go there
