Our family's stay at Sforza Apartment was simply superb. The central location made exploring Rome effortless, and the accommodation was great. Made our experience unforgettable. Perfect location, first floor, quiet street, nice landlord, comfortable bed and couch, enough room for everyone.

Great location in a quite area. The host is very friendly and flexible, we arrived to the city quite late and he was waiting for us event after midnight. Additionally, he allowed us to leave our luggage after checking out until our train departure time. The apartment is nice and located in the ground floor.
Only two things to mention: - The AC was not working and should be checked. - Although the apartment looks really nice, a deep cleaning would be needed to enhance guests' comfort.

Everything was great. Friendly owners who greeted us and showed us around the property when we arrived. They gave us a map of the area and pointed out supermarkets and popular destinations. Bed was comfortable, and the apartment came with everything you could need and more.

Kitchen is in the gallery, bathrooms are small especially the shower cubical. Once u pull the sofa bed out the living room is cramped. Towels provided were worn out. No toiletries provided.

Our hosts were lovely. They let us check in early and leave late to accommodate our train schedule. They also helped me with a problem with Booking.com by calling them for us We were located just a few steps from the Colosseum. The pull out coach was easy to use and isolated from the other bedroom, so it felt like I had my own private bedroom at night. The mattresses, including the one on the pull out couch were on surprisingly comfortable.

We enjoyed being only 20 minutes walk from the Colosseum & Trajan"s Forum or from Termini station (with luggage). The bed was comfortable and shower worked well. Giulio and Cristina were welcoming hosts.
Some little maintenance items need attention. Kitchen is quite cramped for space. The oven was not working and refrigerator is set too cold, with ice building up, It was good to have a washing machine, but without instructions and previous guests had used up all the detergent.

it was very cozy for our family, comfortable bed, and Giulio was really nice to wait for us and check us in with his partner, to teach us how to use the stove, show us around, explain the equipment to us and more. he is really nice to deal with, and we had no communication problems. the place is really near Cavour Metro station, and a short walk to colosseum. plenty of food options down the street too.

no view of any kind. property is a bit dated and bathroom / kitchenette need updating. wifi does not work beyond the living room where portable GSM router is placed and can not be moved closer to the bedroom as there is no GSM / cellular signal there.
