Location is great, close to everything (train,bus,restaurants). The host marina is very accomodating. Room clean and big. Just make it sure to communicate to the customer service host when you arrive so they can help you on how to get the apartment.

We booked double room with balcony and there was a giant wardrobe and plenty of storage space, large bathroom, AC, hair dryer, cattle, small fridge.. Marina is a great host, she provided some useful info and was very helpful. Also we could leave our luggage before check in since we arrived earlier and checked in as soon as cleaning service was done. There was no iron at first but she provided one within a few hours when we asked. Entire place is very clean and smells nice, cleaning service comes every two days. Short walk to Colosseum, Monti and Termini station. Taxi to Ciampino ~30e using FreeNow
I think there were only 3 power plugs and they are placed very low, and cattle has really short cable. Not really a problem for us, we spent entire time outside or on the balcony, only needing them to charge our phones and brew a morning coffee. Bed has kinda weak construction which creaks but it was very comfortable, we slept like a babies.

The rooms were clean and Morden.. but one can find a better stay in Rome for what we paid for . Also note that there is NO CLEANING if you stay 2 nights.
Marina was horrible to deal with. The apartment is in a rundown building - from the outside , Passage and lifts looks horrible.
We were told that if we wanted the room to be tidy , we should have booked a hotel this is a Bed & Breakfast without actual breakfast. Was also told Roman people are not hospitable , so if you book - dont expect Marina to be hospitable towards you.
The host couldnt even direct us from across the street. I was dissatisfied and disappointed by this advert.

it had only 4 rooms. staff wasnt there mostly, so I couldnt get help when I need. breakfast place was far away. there was only 1 room cleaning during 5 nights stay
