The owner of the property is very responsive and is always willing to help. Not just with the accommodation but also recommendations on where to go and how to go about public transport. He also provided us with wall charger adapters for our stay at no additional cost.
Each room also had a mini fridge with drinks. water being free and replenished when rooms were cleaned when we were out exploring.
Location is right next to a train station so its fairly easy to get around. There is also restaurants and a grocery store down the road leading up to the apartment. Also the Vatican is within walking distance!
Its also in a fairly quiet neighborhood and the train noise was fairly minimal (though we were out of the house for the most part of the day).
There was also a working gas stove, washing machine and 2 separate bathrooms with showers.
We enjoyed our stay here greatly and recommend it!
Its located in an apartment complex so it maybe a bit confusing to find.
The property is located on a very narrow hill so it was awkward at times getting in and out of the area via car/taxi and the grocery store and restaurants are located at the bottom of the hill
Although close to the Vatican is a bit out of the way from all the other sightseeing attractions.

Davids was an amazing host. The apartment was beautiful and extremely clean. The terrace with a view of the Vatican was a perfect setting for breakfast in the morning and relaxing at night after a long day of sightseeing.
No complaints at all.

The apartment was immaculate. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of space for 4 people. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He even arranged transport to the airport for our group.

Davide is very nice and helpful. The view from the balcony is amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Train and bus to the city close by.

Location in the neighborhood near St. Peter's was wonderful. We availed ourselves of the local restaurants and shops during our stay. The San Pietro train station is only feet from the steps of the building. Catching the bus into Rome was simple and convenient.
Nothing to add here - the apartment is at the top of a hill, just bring your walking shoes.

Davide gave us a great welcome to the property and we were not disappointed with what we found. The apartment was really clean and very well equipped.
As other reviewers have mentioned the view is absolutely genuine and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony each evening.
Being only 15 min walk from the Vatican was great as we could beat the crowds to see St Peters.
The 64 bus from the Roma S Pietro station takes you into the heart of Rome so the location was perfect overall.

The bus and train station is 3 min away, really great. The bus leads you to most if the sights. Vatikan is walking distance. The Host was very friendly and helpful.
You can not adjust the aircon, the host needed to do it online. Everyone needs a different temperatur... the bed was not to comfortable. I had neck pain every morning. But that's maybe only us.
