The apartment "D" room bathtub was full of mold and mildew. It also had an extremely high step you needed to climb in order to enter, and it was hazardous. I have emailed about receiving a refund- It has been 2 weeks, and no one has gotten back to me. Do not stay here!!

I truly felt like a Roman during my stay. On my way back to Rome, I actually regretted not staying at Salotto Monti again. The apartment is set in a historic Roman building, and every detail—from the parquet floors to the doors, walls, and even the scent—creates an authentic atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere. The property’s ambiance is truly special. The breakfast was well balanced, delicious, and a wonderful way to start the day.
I had some trouble during check-in, but Alexandra from another BZAR property stepped in and handled everything professionally. Sarah, who prepared coffee during breakfast each morning, was incredibly warm and always happy to have a friendly chat. Thanks to both of them, I completely forgot about the initial mishap. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made my stay much more enjoyable.

The location was very easy to come and go from! The front desk employees were incredibly lovely and there is a very cute patio deck here. They greeted us with champagne because it was my birthday.
The room was a bit smaller than what you would see in the U.S., but was very clean and comfortable.

Close to many of the major sites in Rome. The Staff was kind and very accommodating.
If I had to say anything bad it would be the rooftop didn’t have a bar to enjoy a drink from.

Location was close to the colosseum & walkable from the train terminal. Breakfast is not included, however, the selection is vast and it's a delicious while also being convenient. Staff was extremely helpful and communicative team via WhatsApp for 24/7 service. The hotel has free activities to participate in like a Christmas light walking tour, perfect for a stay around the holidays.

Poor
The room I had was nothing like the picture I see on booking it was dark dreary and not functional at all. No place to put your luggage except on the floor. Hard to function in the bathroom if you're female there is no place to put your makeup the mirror is high over the sink. I opened the bathroom window to use the ledge to do makeup! . Not even a hook to hang anything. Bed was hard, pillows hard lighting in room is bad, very dark. One tiny trash can. I would not recommend the room I had. Did not try the breakfast. I am just leaving this review so maybe they can make some improvements. Oh and the floor is very slippery in this room. The staff at check in and out were nice friendly but unfortunately the room was not to my liking.
