I had an excellent stay at the hotel.
I especially want to thank Alexandra, Irene, and Giorgia at the reception.
They were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful.
Even when I lost my room key, they handled the situation with a smile and made everything easy for me. Their attitude and hospitality truly made my stay better.
Thank you for the outstanding service — people like them are the reason I would definitely come back.

It was in the most amazing spot and very close to all the top spots. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, huge and smelled sooo good. The breakfast was delicious every morning and the fresh made coffees were delicious.
It is kinda hard to find when you first get there.

Very close proximity for walking to main attractions.

Spacious, clean, and very nice accommodation in the center of Rome. Everything is just a few minutes’ walk away. Very helpful staff, especially Erminia, Silvia, Alexandra, and Anna. Thank you, everything was amazing. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

We were in a very spacious 2 BR which was an excellent value and had great space. Two good sized BR, very comfortable beds and nice bathroom and kitchen area. Rooms floors etc very nice
Some of the furniture was very chintzy - thin metal dressers and racks for clothes. Seemed odd because everything else was the opposite, very high quality. And if I was staying for a week I would put up w that for the great space. Breakfast was ok.

Loved the view from the room and balcony during breakfast. The room was super clean and the bed was SO comfy like sleeping on a cloud! The staff was so nice as well.
The tv didn’t have many channel options and the volume buttons didn’t work on the remote.

Very clean and while the bed was a little soft for me, it was very comfortable. The room was cute and had everything you required. Good wardrobe space with hangers. A safe. Small fridge and tea making facilities. The reception staff were exceptional helpful and just lovely to deal with.
I thought the lift cute, but if mobility issues and thoughtless people didn’t close the doors to lift, to many stairs.

Great location, quiet and calm but made exceptional by the staff. Sylvia went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. She was extremely kind to my son and I. Alexandra too was a ray of sunshine.
A few issues but all dealt with by the exceptional staff.

Wonderful
We booked this hotel first because of the location - which ended up being excellent - and second because of the value compared to surrounding, similar hotels. Great deal - we were very pleasantly surprised. Beautiful historic building. Staff - especially front desk Silvia - was friendly and informative, giving us lots of great tips for bars and restaurants in the area.
