There is an infestation of bugs on the property. They also fail to disclosed that they spray poison inside of the rooms daily during the room cleanings, without the consent or knowledge of the guests. The building itself is quite old with clear infrastructure issues. The sheets were also quite dirty. No staff is there after 3pm.
I stayed here so you don't have to.

Staff were super accommodating and made the whole process super easy. All the door access was done through your phone which was really handy. Location is unbeatable we could walk to any of the big monuments super easily and it is near a metro stop that easily connects to the airport.
We did not have the best view as we were facing an inner courtyard but that was our only complaint.

This is the cutest little place on Corso street which is a straight shot to everything. The location is right next to everything you could possible need to enjoy Rome. World class food, sights, activities, and history are all right there.
Road signs are hard to come by or understand. When someone says "Just over there" could 100 foot to 2 miles and be accurate. And showers are way to small for big guys.

The stay was a gift for my friends for their honeymoon, so I wasn’t there myself and don’t know all the details — but from what I heard, the hosts were absolutely amazing!
They went above and beyond to make the experience special, preparing lovely surprises and decorating the room with a romantic touch. My friends felt truly welcomed and had a wonderful time — thank you for making their trip so memorable!

We loved our stay! The room was very clean and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and we appreciated the coffee maker so much. Our hostess helped us with a wonderful restaurant recommendation. We needed a transfer to the airport and she arranged this for us as well. -great visit!

We booked Royal rooms Corso for our 30th Wedding Anniversary in Rome. Both Maria and Katrina were so helpful in arranging transport to and from the airport. Also restaurant recommendations. They left a very kind gift of champagne ? for us. The room was cleaned to a very high standard each day. Would really recommend staying here. So central to all major sights.

This room is just great! The location is excellent in the center of things on the main avenue but nevertheless the entrance is internal so the room is very quiet. It should be noted that there is a guard at the entrance to the building most of the day. Also, the boulevard in this part is very safe with policemen, which gives a high sense of security. During most hours of the day, this part of the boulevard is closed to vehicles, which is excellent. These are several guest rooms on the first floor, with an elevator. The room had everything we wanted. There is a window to the patio, there is a television, a coffee machine
, mini bar, good air conditioner. The shower is a bit small but the water flow is excellent. The bed is very comfortable and there is a socket next to it. There is a reception desk during the day. The service is excellent and you receive a polite response with a smile. The owner of the place with whom the communication was on WhatsApp was also very nice. There is an option to check in through an app so there is no need for a person to open the door. We had a great time and will definitely come back. thanks!
I will mention something, but it is important to understand that these things are really marginal and it didn't bother us. But still I gave a score of 9 out of 10 and this is because the room is a little small (for a couple with a suitcase it was great for us) and the shower is also a little small (as mentioned, it doesn't matter that much)
