Fantastic view, room very clean, staff welcoming (thank you Katia), location best in Rome, juice, water, croissants and jam daily, attached restaurant brilliant food with 10% off, double glazed windows to stop the noise from the street

The best thing about the room of course is the location. The image in the listing is the room you get when you book 'colesseum view'. We established it is probably the best view you can get in terms of the best angle - the high and ornate side, with no people in sight both inside and on the ground as the crowds and queueing is around the side. It was just spectacular and we never got bored looking at it.
The room is part of the establishment and restaurant downstairs - the food is delicious and you get 10% off as a guest. The key cards for the room worked everytime and there is a private door you can use to enter and exit.
It would have been nice to have a proper breakfast tea when we woke up as part of the room amenities, but no milk readily available. This is being really nitpicky though.

Location is good.
The AC was broken and extremely hot. Three people came to check it out and finally the manager who said it was working now when he didnt do any repairs. Went to a tour and returned to a very hot room. Manager, who was supposed to be there all night, had left for the day. They didnt have another room. One of the staff gave me a fan, which I was grateful for, but was dirty and started blowing dust on the bed. Im glad I only stayed for one day. The service/staff is so-so too. Some better than others.

Excellent location . Room very clean and large . Allowed us to check in early and the glass of Prosecco while we waited for our room to be ready was very welcoming . Tea and coffee making facilities and juice and water provided in the fridge . Note : you do have to go through the actual restaurant to check in but once you have your key card you can use the private entrance .

Great location and room was great.
Very noisy area. Toilet randomly flushes itself. Bin collection and garbage trucks extremely loud at 6am. Tap on the sink was partially blocked so it sprayed you when turned on. No milk for tea or coffee in the morning.
