Mario is the greatest host, he gave me help and useful guidance. The room is clean and warm, with everything you need. The location is also great, its near Vatican and close to the Metro station. We spent a nice time here.

Mario is a great host with precious advices for and around the city. The location is great, the room is neat and clean. Restaurants around are a gem
The street quite busy and noisy, basically all night long. The windows do not reduce the noise entirely. If you have a light sleep you might struggle. I did.
WiFi is bit slow. Netflix and YouTube work though

This property is in an excellent location, right next to the metro station so access to anywhere in Rome is simple and straight forward. It is clean and well presented and just perfect for what we needed, a short 3 day city stay. A special mention to Mario who was extremely welcoming and helpful, especially to my girlfriend who arrived before myself. He gave her good advice and tips and made her feel very safe upon arrival, thank you so much!

-The location-near train station with lots of small shops and restaurants. 5 mins walk to st Peter Basilica, 1-2 mins walk to Metro
-The staff -very helpful and welcoming
-The room looks like at the picture, just enough space for 2 people and very clean.

This cute apartment was excellent and the right size for me and my friend to shower/sleep whilst exploring Rome. Mario was extremely helpful and welcoming helping us out with planning our trips around Rome.
The room was clean and fitted with air con. It's situated 30 seconds from a metro station that is 4 stops away from the Trevi Fountain.
The room was cleaned and tidied every morning whilst we were out.

The location is very good, near to metro and couple of minutes walk to St. Peter square. Breakfast is also good. TV is with netflix, youtube
The wifi is sometimes very slow we were disconnected sometimes
