Alessandro was a very good host. Room was spacious, and bathroom was modern and clean with strong water pressure, Good options for breakfast.
Big room, the bed was good but mattress a little thin.

Property was in a good location inside Vatican City which was convenient & easy to get to main attractions. The rooms were clean & spacious enough to make you feel comfortable. I liked the private bathroom & cute little balcony.
The beds werent comfortable at all you could feel the springs from the mattress pressing onto your body. Pillows werent comfortable either.

Clean, comfortable room in a nice building, located in a quiet and green neighborhood, with terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast. Close to Vatican city, only a few metro stations from the old town. Metro on 10-15 minutes walking distance, buses up to 5 minutes. Alessandro is a great host - very kind and helpful , and gave us precious info for exploring beautiful Rome.

Can't emphasize enough how amazing of a host Alessandro is. On our first day of arrival he sat us down and explained the train, bus, and walk routes to all the main attractions in Rome. He gave us a paper map while marking all the details on it. He also gave us great recommendations on places to eat and shop at. All the places he recommended were absolutely incredible. This BNB is an apartment with various private rooms in it. Every room has its own bathroom and balcony. Rooms come with everything basic you would need like a kettle, toiletries, TV, wardrobe, iron board etc. Inclusive breakfast had great options for a BNB and it was served right on time and hot to our room every morning. We enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony. There is a common area with TV too. The place is 2 minutes walk away from the nearest bus stop and 10 minutes walk to the nearest train station which is only 3 stations away from Vatican city.

- we arrive late in Fumicino and Alessandro help with booking a shuttle for us at a convenient price. Otherwise, if you are not in a hurry, Fumicino has good connection to Roma by bus and train at very decent price,
- he provide us valuable information about the restaurants, caffes and osterias in the proximity of location and in Rome;
- local restaurants, cafees and osterias around location;
- its a facility with 4 rooms, reception and with access to a shared kitchen in a nice complex of apartments;
- a good breakfast is prepared and delivered between 08:30 - 10:00. We choose to enjoy it in the nice and spacious balcony; The breakfast ware based on our choise in a list of a Italian like menu;
- we could leave in the location for a few hours our laguages in the last day in decent conditions;
- confortable bed and decent amerities in room and bathroom; Nice and spacious balcony;
- good connection to the centre by bus, 5 min walking to the bus station and 20 min travel to SanAngelo castle/bridge. 10 - 15min walking to the underground; We'd preffered the bus;

The property is located in a good and quiet area (its not so loud like in the centre). Only 10 min from centre with bus. The rooms are big enough and cleanly , the host is gentle and very friendly. Alessandro is always open to communicate with guests, serves an excellent breakfast and there is a daily room cleaning. We will visit him for sure again!

It was our best experience accommodation in Rome. Alessandro is a fantastic host, he contacted us in advance helping with directions and advising the public transport to reach the B&B Rome town. He also gave us advice on the best places for dinner and how to get around Rome. Breakfast was served at the requested time and accordingly to our preference. We had breakfast on a balcony with a lovely view of the surroundings.

Of course, the owner is the own who makes this place incredible. Alessandro is very hospitable and helpful. He gives directions, advices, recommends best shops and sights if you are lost. It was a true pleasure to get to know him.
The rooms is cozy, has a mini bar, air conditioning (soooo helpful in hot rome). Great bathroom and a balcony is lovely. Breakfast was simple but tasty and enough. You can choose from a few options. Also the yard near the building is gorgeous. Alessandro takes care of everything by himself. So it really feels extra hospitable. Also everything was clean and well maintained. Totally recommend staying there.
