Absolutely fabulous stay in Roma. The location and the neighborhood were both amazing. Super close (walking distance) to all major sites such as the Vaticano and the Coliseum. Above all, the owner, Michele provided us with an exceptional and world-class customer service. We will certainly be back.

Location is just fantastic in less than a mile distance from Vatican City
The rooms are quite ok but to my mind somehow overpriced. Anyway it doesnt deny the comfort that the stay brought to me

I enjoyed the location of the room, as we really were in the center of Rome, one minute away from the Piazza del Risorgimento and five minutes from the Vatican. We were also five minutes away from convenient commodities (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bakery)
The staff was welcoming and helpful. Christiano answered all of our questions and arranged the transfer from Romerooms to the airport at a good price. The Wifi had a good connection and was included.

Very clean, and the staff were super friendly. The location is near subways and bus stops. Nice neighborhood to walk around.
The room wasnt very soundproof, I always heard when the guests arrived. So its not very nice when they get too early or too late at night. I may say its the only thing I didnt like, but Id definitely stay there again.

Excellent service, good value for the great location, service, cleanliness and for meeting our needs. Beds were more comfortable than I expected.
The shower drain needs to be cleaned as the water would get backed up a little. But this wasn't a big issue.

I felt welcome in the room, simple but stylish with big window, the best part! I liked the hallway area having a table and books around to help yourself. A well taken care old building in great location for my visits to town and Vatican, close to the Metro and buses. A spacious room for Rome not so pricy accommodation. This was not my first time I visited the city. My questions/requests were timely attended to, in a very friendly and conscious manner. I had had no time to prepare for my breezy trip.
NOTHING I did not like, I could have asked for an electric kettle to boil water for tea, but I did not! The Nespresso coffe/maker and capsules/tea/sugar were perfect to start my day.
