Spotless rooms, excellent location, Natalia was very friendly and recommended fantastic restaurants, very friendly staff and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. 10/10 we recommend to everyone and our family will definitely stay here again. Once you’ve stayed at Rome55, there’s no other option for the center of Rome. You really are in the center of it all! Thank you Natalia!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Rome55, the rooms were modern, fresh, clean, comfortable, with balcony views of the beautiful Roman streets, restaurants, and piazza as well. Hospitality and housekeeping was excellent! The host Natalia was very kind and friendly, a wonderful lovely woman who took very good care of us and our needs. The hallways always smelled so good, and we felt at peace and comfortable every time we returned back to the accomodation after a long hot day out in Roma. We will definitely be returning back here on our next visit to Rome, we were satisfied with everything. Thank you Natalia!

Location is perfect. The staff, especially Layla, was very kind, welcoming and thoughtful! The arranged a driver to and from the airport which was so helpful.
Loved the coffee set up and the room was meticulous. The safe could be bigger; our laptop didn’t fit.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was Natalia’s exceptional hospitality. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.
Natalia not only ensured that every detail was taken care of, but she also recommended some of the best restaurant options in the area — each one was outstanding and truly enhanced our trip. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference.

The property is spectacular. It’s located in the best part of Rome just 2 min from Spanish steps and all the shops. Plenty of wonderful restaurants around. The rooms are luxurious and very clean. The host is wonderful very friendly. Love our stay. Definitely will come back.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The owner, Natalie, barges into rooms unannounced—even with a “Do Not Disturb” sign up. Left the room for a couple minutes, came back saw things were moved, she had shut off lights, and when confronted, smugly said, “I’m the owner, I can check whenever I want.” Rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Happened to both our rooms. Never again.

Amazing stay in the heart of Rome!
Roma55 Piazza di Spagna is perfectly located just a short walk from all the main attractions. The apartment is spotless, spacious, and very cozy, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The host, Natalia, is absolutely wonderful welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy Rome in comfort and style!

It wasn’t mentioned in the description that it was a room in a 5 room apartment like… like Airbnb. We thought it was a small hotel with a lobby and maybe a bar and we could have brought our luggage right up to the front but no we had to carry the luggage from 100 ft away to this place and had no idea. We were surprised.

Everything! The room was beautiful and sparkling clean. One minute away from the Spanish Steps and minutes away from high end shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay again!

Nice new and modern, easily accessible and a great location. Right across the plaza from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna subway station. Natalia was exceptionally kind and it was clear she cared about our experience.
