Continently located close to the attractions, many great restaurants nearby
The staff was arrogant, and unfriendly. Front desk people argued about the breakfast being included, and we witnessed this with other guests. The middle aged guy, nearly bald headed guy with a shaven head that work the restaurant was nasty. The hot water was scalding hot and very hard to control to get “warm” water. This place was recommended by a big travel agent, we will be sure to let them our experience and NOT recommend it again. Bernhard , Room 511 , stay on Oct 11th &12th. Every thing was perfect
I prefer to pay all amount of my stay through booking so I don’t need to pay the property again full amount and wait to return my hold money after few day

Over all it is fine, the location is good and close to the center and a train station.
The hotel itself is small but in a good shape and clean.
The breakfast is fine.
There are two elevators is the hotel, small one and normal one, the small one is slowly and and we didn’t feel safe in it.
Breakfast is fine, it could be better with more options.
Also the fact that you need to pay extra for Omelette (10 euro) something that I had never faced, specially that we also ordered an exclusive room.
The room it self, the entrance to the bathroom was missing one piece of wood parquet, instead of fixing if, they just covered it.

The location was excellent, very central and within walking distance of many of Rome’s main attractions. The room was comfortable, clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The room felt quite small considering the price paid. In addition, both windows faced an internal courtyard/lightwell, with very close views of the surrounding building walls, which made the room feel quite enclosed and limited the natural light.

We arrived late at night and needed extra assistance, and they couldn't have been more helpful with all of our questions and requests. The location is ideal: within walking distance of everywhere and surrounded by great restaurants, yet away from the noisy tourist crowds. Breakfast was superb—quality over quantity, with a curated selection of fresh, delicious items rather than an overwhelming buffet, and the coffee was truly exceptional. Excellent value for money. This will definitely be our go-to choice for our next trip to Rome. Thank you!
