This hotel is in a great location and has very helpful and friendly staff.
The rooms are on the small size but that is expected in a historical city.

The staff were pleasant at check in and let us leave our luggage there before check in. Our bags were in our rooms when we arrived which was nice.
We booked two standard rooms for one night. One room was modern, clean and had doors separating the bathroom from the bedroom.
The other room, which I had with my daughter, was old, dirty, smelt like vinegar and had NO doors separating the bathroom/toilet to the bedroom. It had a moveable divider which was flimsy and kept falling over. I felt there was no privacy in the room at all.
I asked the staff to move us to another room as I felt uncomfortable with no doors to the bathroom and they said no, that the hotel was fully booked and could only offer a higher grade room for 100 euros more! They should have provided that room complimentary so my daughter and I felt comfortable.

Location is close to everything. Breakfast is amazing. We also had dinner which was great for a quick bite at the hotel. This was our second stay here and we will come again.
Room a little small. Air con did not work well, unit too small for size of room!
