We had an amazing stay here, location within walking distance to everything. Staff were so accommodating, friendly and helpful! Rooms cleaned everyday, beds so comfy and a beautiful breakfast each morning would definitely stay here again thank you for a lovely stay!

Location. Convenient location from every thing. 15 min walk from train station, Less than 10 mins to Collessum, St. Johns, Scala Sancta, or Holy Stairs, 15 min ride to the Vatican. Wonderful little cafe on the corner of the block. Convenience store right next to it for snacks, water, etc. before heading out for the day. In our case, that came in handy because we were traveling with kids and a baby.
Not much. The room was a little dark but we had them bring in an extra bed and crib and they had to remove some of the furniture in the room to accommodate that. They accidentally forgot to bring back the lamp but that was easily remedied. They are very eager to make your stay as wonderful as they possibly can.

Staff were not very helpful and they asked to email them with out concern and we never got a reply to our emails
From the moment we entered Room 318, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom that spread throughout the entire room. A technician attended three times, but the issue was never resolved and the smell kept returning within minutes. We were forced to sleep with the window open in freezing conditions.
When we were finally offered a different room, it smelled even worse and was visibly dusty and not hygienic, so we had to return to reception at 1 AM and move back to our original room. Despite emailing management multiple times and being told it was escalated, we never received any response.

The hotel looks great and well maintained.
The staff were very kind and welcoming, the breakfast was tasty, and the help with the luggage was excellent. Overall, a very good experience
Some downsides: when we arrived, the trash bins in the room were not emptied.
The room was not soundproof — we constantly heard road noise and people, which made it hard to sleep.
There was no proper AC control (only heating, no cooling) and some inconvenient power outlet issues.
The most disappointing part — for a 4-star hotel — was that our room was not cleaned during the day, and reception said no cleaners were available when we asked.

Location was very ideal being very close to everything you’d like to see within Rome
No information regarding the active renovation of the hallway outside my room. Especially with it starting at 7am with loud men keeping me awake laughing and doing work on the walls with no soundproof doors

The hotel is well placed to walk to some attractions locally,10-15 mins from the main train/bus station which was useful.
Breakfast was good but would have liked some other options.
We had 2 main issues which we approached reception about. The first was the safe which did not work which meant we did not feel safe leaving passports and valuables in the room. The second issue was with the bath/shower drainage. This did not drain for an extremely long time which made it difficult for us to take showers especially on our last morning where we needed to get to the airport at 8.00.We spoke to reception on 3 days of our 4 day stay about this but got no fix for the problem. I don't like complaining but this was an important issue.

Well located, spacious rooms, decent value for money.
Attention to detail was lacking. Toiletries not topped up daily, bathroom light made a buzzing sound, housekeepers very noisy early morning to late night. Entering through the annex loses the hotel experience.
