Wonderful
Great location. Easy walking to train station and surrounding attractions.2 or 3 train stops to the Basilica and Vatican. We felt safe to walk around late at night
Many restaurants close by. easy access to shops. Supermarket right next door
stayed in the annex. small shower (I suppose -as can be expected from city hotels) but the water pressure was so amazing.
Room could do with more lighting.

The Rome's Hotel has great location, staff, and breakfast.
The only reason my review is not all good, is because we had a room in the annex part of thier hotel. Its next door. It was noisy and away from the main part of the hotel.

The staff weren't helpful at all. We had to keep asking for refill for coffee and clean glasses and we had to go to the restaurant to get them. The staff wouldn't bring it to our roo. They didn't even empty the trash cans. I paid for a 4 starr hotel and get 1star hotel treatment.

Great location, convenient to the train station. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was also good.
The A/C wasn’t strong enough so the room was a bit warm. The bathroom was small, with inadequate counter space.

This property was very clean. Rooms very spacious. It had a bar/restaurant and outdoor patio on the roof top. The front desk was extremely helpful and provided recommendations and taxi service when needed. Also elevator access if it was necessary.

We loved our stay at the Rome Times Hotel. The staff was very professional and helpful with our needs. We stayed at the hotel apartments in the adjacent building. The room was spacious and clean. They added an extra crib per our request. The hotel is in a very convenient location.

We absolutely loved this hotel and enjoyed our three-night stay at the Rome Times Hotel! The hotel was in a prime location and the staff warmly greeted us upon our arrival. Our rooms were ready slightly ahead of check-in time and they were in the annex, just a short walk up the street. An attendant kindly assisted us with our luggage and demonstrated how to use the entrance. Our rooms were next to each other, although the size difference was substantial. The corner room was smaller than the other, but both rooms were nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was nice for our late-evening appetizers and drinks and early-morning, chilled glasses of prosecco. We even ordered pizza from room service one night, which was hot and delicious! This hotel was within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, many shopping establishments and public transportation. The hotel staff also assisted us with obtaining ticket reservations for the Vatican Museum, recommended restaurants and secured transportation to the airport. We went to the Nannarella restaurant that they recommended and it was truly a winner! We look forward to staying at the Rome Times Hotel when we return to Rome. We highly recommend it!

Stayed for 3 nights - very good staff, enjoyed the stay, all well until we returned home and we were overcharged by €204 - Bookings wouldn't help and said we needed to deal directly with the hotel for not honouring the prices we got on line. The hotel firstly said it was a pre-authorisation issue when I rang and it would be back to us in a few days. 2 weeks later no sign of the money, emailed and was told it was all settled, they even gave me a receipt for €612 even though they had debited €816!
A month later - still no money and I have to pay the credit card to avoid interest payments on top.
CHECK YOUR BILL VERY CAREFULLY!!!!
