The room was comfortable and clean, and the location is great. It's walking distance to main points of interest. As a bonus, there was a laundromat just down the block. They have a great breakfast buffet breakfast.
We've seen this in other hotels in Rome--a very nice shower but with a slippery floor and no handbooks.

Incredibly quiet even if very well located in the heart of Rome.
The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and smiley, which has become rare nowadays.
Giacomo runs the restaurant, the breakfast is very generous, and he makes an outstanding cappuccino and espresso.
It is a bit pricey, but worth it given how quiet it was and how confortable the beds were.
There was not much space to place our belongings, but this was a non issue as we stayed only 3 nights. It would have been for a longer stay.

The Location of the Hotel, The breakfast assortment was very good
The maid sevice didn't clean our room good, one day never showed up came back to unmade bed, dirty towels, garbage bucket full, etc. Also the breakfast room looked like a dungeon, dark black color, in the lower part of the hotel basement!!!! For over $ 300.00 per night, We expected better !!!!!!!!!!

Excellent location, walking distance to all the key sites and the restaurant across the street is incredible. The room had a very nice bath/shower. Breakfast was fantastic.
Our shower was out of soap when we arrived and the bathtub drain was clogged. Both issues were fixed for us quickly when we asked. Pillows were not very comfortable. Overall though we would definitely stay here again.

Overall solid hotel to stay in during our week in Rome. EXCELLENT location! Close to all the stuff you want to see and do in Rome. 15 min walk to most places except the Vatican. Solid breakfast in the morning, which was great and one less thing to pay additional for. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room was a little tight, but that’s common in Europe. Was hoping for a little more space since we booked a junior suite, but it felt more like a large 1 bedroom.

It is located in a quiet street that's a block away from the main road. There are plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel. The breakfast offered at the hotel is very good, especially the cappuccino. It is frequently checked by the staff and replenished immediately. The rooms are very clean. The refrigerator is filled with soda, juice, etc and offered for free upon check in but will be charged once restocked.
The walls are painted with a darlk color. I would have preferred warmer color for the walls

I booked a classic double room for myself and a group of friends. I found the room a bit small but served the purpose.
Room was modern, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was filled with sodas, juices etc. which were complimentary A nice and unexpected freebie.
Hotel is in an ideal location close to main tourist attractions, transport options and restaurants. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in the room rate. It was delicious and frequently replenished. Loved the cappuccinos.
I would have preferred the walls to be painted with a warmer color. It is too dark for my taste.
