The staff is amazing. So nice and helpful , especially in the reception. The location is great and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
The air conditioning mode is pre fixed and locked. The temperature was too hot and the window was locked. They offered to change the room but it was our last night so we declined.

Friendly and helpful staff always on the desk and at breakfast. Double classic room was small but really well laid out. Breakfast every morning was great with lots of options and great cappuccino made by the staff. The location is great for seeing all the sites in Rome as well as bus connections to the Vatican and a short walk to the Termni

The location was excellent. Walking distance to most of the main attractions. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, quiet and the shower good.
The only thing I can think of is that the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well. The room was a little warm overnight but not too bad.

Hotel is in a great location close to most tourist attractions .
Room was modern, very clean and with comfortable bed.
Breakfast was very good and with a large selection.
