Central in Prati. Very clean and QUIET. Amazing host Luca! Well-equipped room. Hot water anytime. Safe, Iron, TV, hair dryer. WIFI ! , Coffe and tee daily , Water , Small fridge, A perfect place to reach the center of Rome on foot. Recomand!

Luca was the best. He gave us useful and helpful information about the area. When we asked for something he immediately responded. The facility was located in a convenient area. If you are traveling to Rome you will do well to visit Luca at Armony Suites
We travel often and have stayed in a wide variety of accommodations. Armony suites is conveniently located in the Prati region of Rome and is known for being safe and quiet. We considered the Trastevere district but after visiting there we are glad that we selected Prati.

The property itself is a piece of history being around 160 years old! The huge towering door at the entrance is impressive. The room was clean and nice. The most value of the property was Luca. He proactively reached out to us concerning our arrival. When we arrived, he showed us around our room and he then asked us what we were planning doing in Rome. He helped us navigate the city between Google Maps and a paper map that he gave us. He even gave us some ideas on things to see. One great idea he gave us was that there are lots of churches in Rome…over 2000…you can walk into all of them and marvel at them. He also gave us some tips on our tour of the Colosseum because there was going to be a half Marathon there that day. Finally Luca helped us arrange a private transfer to the airport rather than us having to figure our way out to the airport ourselves. It cost more but was worth it.
The bed was ok as I did not find it comfortable but that was a minor issue.

The building is in a fantastic location, close to points of interest, restaurants, and shopping. Accommodations are perfect. There was plenty of storage space, a beautiful bathroom (with towels, soap, and shampoo), and the was very comfortable. Additionally, Luca, the owner, is wonderfully kind! He keeps paper maps for his customers and points out places to visit. He offers recommendations and is generously nice!
I have mobility issues. Although there is a small elevator, I had to navigate about a dozen steps up stairs to get to it. If you’re arriving during the day, there’s a building receptionist who went out of his way to assist with getting my things up the stairs and into the elevator. Just know that this property is not accessible.

The location was great, there was an elevator, the bed was comfortable, the room was very quiet, no outside noises.
Size of room was smaller than we thought but got over that quickly as host went out of his way to accommodate his guests

This hotel was perfect for my stay in Rome! It’s super well located, very clean, and comfortable. Luca, the owner, greeted me like family and immediately made me feel safe and at home. He is such a kind man—always responsive and full of wonderful suggestions on what to do in Rome, which made my short visit even more enjoyable. He even helped me book a taxi to the airport and carried my bags, going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this hotel and want to sincerely thank Luca again for his kindness and hospitality.

Nice neighborhood walking distance to many places we wanted to see. Good restaurants nearby. Luca was extremely friendly and helpful. There's an elevator in the building which is nice when you have to bring up your luggage.

The room was comfortable, simple, clean with good light. We like the sounds of the streets at night, trucks, cars, voices (not too loud). The area is safe at night close to some good restaurants not far from several attractions. Overall a great place to stay. The host Luca was very friendly, informative, very helpful with any questions we had. The perfect host ! Photos below are from our window looking down at the street. Overall a pleasure!

Lucca was very accommodating and the room was cozy and clean. The location is great and quite centrally located. We walked to the Vatican and to excellent restaurants in the area. It was close to city center and a lot of great stores.

Luca and his son Andreas were the kindest people and made our stay feel so warm and welcomed. Loved the location. Loved that they were flexible to store our luggage. Great stay and close to all the sites. Even loved the coffee and slippers.
