The apartment is spacious, but in a noisy and busy street.
The description in booking.com is not precise about the exact floor and stairs. It only mentions that it is not a ground floor with no elevator. The apartment is located on the third floor but in reality is approximately on a 5th flor of a normal modern building, with narrow stairs and high steps.
My husband and I are 70 years old with no conditions of carrying bags up by ourselves, and no help/service was ever offered.
It also had small cockroaches.
No washing or drying machines.

Very modern & clean, especially for Italian standards ? Very comfortable bathroom.
It’s an Italian thing, so can’t really complain, but I will never understand why they have no proper comforter in the winter season, just a bed sheet. It’s cold.
Also, the entrance is…questionable. The apartment is located in a busy tourist area, so it’s understandable that it’s in a historical building, but the entrance/staircase/corridors leading up to the apartment should seriously be renovated. They are so dirty I was appalled.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Just for us ! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the hotel was.
My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy .Housekeeping did an excellent job .
I also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and location excellent. We were very grateful to be able to lock our bags up and spend time walking around Rome all day before flying out that night.

We liked everything about this place. As everyone else has said, the location was great. Room.was.appealing, clean, comfortable, and spaciious (èspecially by European standards). Room had all the things we needed, i.e., iron, ironing board, hair dryer, towels, umbrellas, etc. All staff were over-the-top helpful, polite, kind, and accommodating. We won't hesitate to book again if we are in Rome.
