It is clean, good location, everything is provided (towels, showering stuff etc). Automatic check in after 2 pm, clear and working instructions sent timely by the personnel.
The electric locker for the main door is creating noticeable noise and it bothers during night sleep when people are arriving/leaving

Peaceful and safe location. About 1km for Trevi Fountain and Termini station. You can find markets ( carrefour - pam local market ), restaurants and coffee shops near the hotel. Helpful staff. Clean and big room. Good breakfast for this value. Easy manuel check in change via mail redirects.

We felt like at home. After a tiring day of watching tennis, walking and sightseeing, we just enjoyed sleeping on the comfortable bed.
The room was cleaned every day. The bathroom was spacy and we had a jaccuzi. There was free coffee and water privided daily in each room.
The breakfast was pretty good and there were not just the sweet things Italians love to eat in the morning, but also cheese, eggs and salami.
Alfonso was very helpful with everything we requested. Thank you, we will definitely go back there next year.
We had some hard time finding the place. The sign on the street is not easily seen. And there are 2 entrances - left and right, with similar elevators, so we got the wrong one ang got lost twice.

Disappointing
Location felt like a quiet, safe area. 30 minute walk to the Trevi fountain. Alfonso gave us some nice tips and was a friendly guy.
Advertised as a hotel, but more of an apartment feel to it. Rooms are extremely tired and felt dirty, lack of natural light. Shower almost falling off the wall, with the door frame / skirting rotting away due to water damage. Nobody on reception to greet you and show you to your room past 2pm, this feels like an early time to close up reception. Breakfast very basic. Not great value for money, but maybe just a reflection of Rome prices. Perhaps lower your expectations or up the price you are willing to pay when visiting Rome.

Room, location and breakfast were all great. We were able to walk from the train, walk to eat and walk to our tour. Excellent location.

General location is good, 10 walking to termini . However it is on a run down street.
Small room, handheld shower does not hang high so you need to grab it with one hand while bathing with the other . Old and dated.

Alfonso, the manager, was always available via WhatsApp (if he wasn't at the front desk). We requested two twin beds (my mom and I don't like to share a bed) and they accommodated us. Great breakfast every morning. Quiet, in a safe area, walkable, stunning views of the city. Great price, too! Alfonso also set us up with a driver who met us at the airport and took us to the hotelit was 60 Euros. Cheaper than all of the Ubers/Taxis!
Wish there were a few more options for the breakfast, but still was delicious! Plus I'm just a picky eater.
