Beautiful view overlooking the sea and a view of the historical center. Lovely modern kitchen and furnishings. Nicely appointed kitchen- pans, dishes plates,etc. Apartments were very, very clean. Top floor.

Owners are very kind. Room is a quiet and clean place. We did not hear any noise like in a cheaper hotel.
Maybe the school in the same building mentioned in other comments was closed??
Simple coffee maker or electric kettle might provide more value as the room does not have it.

The room was excellent, and the location was superb. Everything was very clean, and the host Raffaella was professional, polite, and incredibly helpful with anything I needed.
The only thing I could think of is that the shower can use a bit more water pressure.

The location was excellent and the facilities were very clean. The property is very close to many excellent restaurants and sites. We were down the street from a taxi stand stand so if we needed to go further we could easily get a taxi. The host was very accommodating and gave us recommendations of local places to eat.

Location was so ideal. 20ish minute stroll to the Vatican, 30 mins to the Colluseum and also to the restaurants in Trastevere. Felt like staying in a small neighbourhood in the middle of Rome. So many cafes and restaurants and shops out back. Taking a taxi or FreeNow to and from the location was super easy. I stayed with my parents and their bed was comfortable and the sofa bed was also. The staff was kind and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Would recommend and would stay again.

Brilliant little hotel in perfect walking distance for all attractions. Lots of little cafes and places to eat/drink near by. The hotel was clean and the room was so nice. Also the staff were friendly and very helpful gave us a map circled places and highlighted spots we didn’t know about and also sent us a list of all the best restaurants to try. Brilliant

The suite was very clean, nice, big and comfortable, has amazing views to the Piazza dell'Orologio from the big windows on both walls(one with view to the Piazza and the other one with view to the little street). The owners both the wife and husband are super nice, they gived us a lot of useful information and they are very helpful if u need anything in the room or for any question. For sure we recommend and we would come back again!!

Location was amazing. Close/quick walk to all the sites. Farthest place was to the Colosseum (30 min walk). The neighborhood feel was great and lots of gems around the property. The room was comfortable, very clean and great for the 2 of us. They really utilize the room well with shelving and hanging space as well as a table and a geat window. Bed was super comfortable and very big! We didn't spend much time in the room because we were out all day so it was exactly what we needed. The owners were very helpful and had a lot of recommendations for cafes, restaurants, etc.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Rome , the apartment itself was exceptionally clean and tidy , creating a comfortable and pleasent environment.
The location is amazing conveniently close to the key attractions , restaurants and public transportation
which made exploring the city effortless. The owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist and ensure a great experience. Additionally, the staff provided daily cleaning services upon request, maintaining the space in impeccable condition. Considering all the excellent amenities and outstanding service provided, the price was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Rome!
