Roma Luxus Hotel was an absolute dream to stay at. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is elegant and charming, and the food was absolutely delicious. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single person we met was incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed.
A special thank you to Valerio, the hotel manager, who was absolutely amazing. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out and made our experience even more memorable.
Their warmth and attention to detail turned an amazing hotel into an unforgettable experience. We can’t recommend Roma Luxus Hotel enough and would happily stay here again!

From the moment we arrived Roma Luxus made my wife and I feel welcome and special. They immediately helped pay our taxi driver in cash for us which was very helpful because his card reader wasn't working and I only had my card on me. Valeria is amazing. She made us both feel so special and welcomed. She was friendly, attentive, professional and charming. We arrived in the morning several hours before our room would be officially ready but settled us in the restaurant with free coffee and croissants and only had to wait half an hour for our room - which she upgraded us too! She was very sweet. In fact, all the staff were attentive and friendly. The location of the hotel is phenomenal - right in the heart of the city close to all the sights, restaurants and bars. Easy walking distance to all the best places. The road itself is charming and well situated. The room (number 201) had a lovely 4 poster bed with views to the historic church next door - it was magical. We had the absolute best time in Roma and will 100% come back to stay at Roma Luxus for much longer on our next trip.
There was honestly nothing we didn't like - the hotel is brilliant, a very nice boutique style hotel with charming staff and perfect location. Make sure you meet Valeria, she's lovely.

Location is great, staff is super helpful and friendly, restaurant at the property is also super nice. We even got room upgrade. Was great stay. And Rome is the main star of the show.
The breakfast for 5 star is mediocre, not critical but a bit complicated for picky eater

Staff is super nice and extremely helpful! The location is really great being close to the Colosseum and many of the attractions that Rome has to offer. They stocked the refrigerator with water and other drinks.
At the time of booking, we requested a quiet room on the top floor. We were given a street-front room that was very noisy, They allowed us to switch rooms the following day to a room on the top floor, but the room was much smaller and really small windows/ skylights. For the price, you should only book a garden facing room.

The staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful. The hotel is nicely decorated. The location is great. The restaurant in the hotel is open all day and is very nice. The breakfast is quite good. The golf cart service is a very good bonus.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Roma Luxus! The rooms were incredibly spacious compared to typical hotel rooms in Rome, featuring very comfortable beds, large showers with excellent water pressure, and lovely touches like cozy robes and slippers.
The service here is unmatched—everyone was absolutely lovely. The team went above and beyond, seamlessly assisting us with taxis and personal requests. Breakfast was perfect and delicious every morning; they even thoughtfully prepared oatmeal specifically for my mother to accommodate her dietary restrictions.
Location-wise, it is ideal. It’s easy to access, highly walkable, and just minutes away from multiple iconic spots, making it the perfect base to explore the city. We would absolutely choose Roma Luxus again for a future stay!
