Staff were so friendly, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and meet our every request.
I would recommend bringing ear buds to Rome if you are a light sleeper as is a busy city.

Location, front desk staff and restaurant.
Attention to details mainly from the housekeeping. This hotel is advertised as five star, however, we had to ask for water in the room every single day
Plus the shower had a terrible drainage.
It was like a pond.

The air conditioning isn’t controlled from within the room, and it can get a bit warm at times. I’m not sure how well it performs during the summer months.

absolutely georgeous food in their restaurant. Fantastic breakfast.
It was quite noisy surrounding. And windows above the restaurants means noise all day and late evening long.
