Excellent location. Our room was well appointed. Service was excellent. We did have the breakfasts which very good. We did eat in the restaurant that again was excellent.
We have no negative comments on the property either.

The hotel is a gem in the city centre and yet very private . The staff are incredible , friendly , warm and helpful . The breakfast is amazing ! The rooms were good size for Rome and clean . The hotel has great aesthetics in every corner with use of natural light and greenery around .. Thankyou for a fabulous stay !

Location was great. Room was decent for the price. Staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was super. Good restaurant attached to the hotel.
Central location near a busy road…so a bit of road noise. But 5 minutes walk to Trevi, Colosseum, Pantheon, etc so location was perfect.

Is worse hotel in Roma
The room was given to me in the first floor and we heard the motorbike, cars and people who walk in the street as if we slept in the street.
In addition, air condition has noisy sound once we turn it on the sound become very noisy.
The staff are great.

Conveniently located in the center of Rome but not in a congested loud area near Trevi. So it was quiet at night. The staff is INCREDIBLE! Valerio the manager.. Ece and Valeria at the front seat were all so friendly, accommodating, helpful every step of the way. Everyone from entering the front door on was perfect. Would certainly stay there again.

When I booked the Roma Luxus, I must admit that the pictures on Booking.com didn’t do it justice. When my wife and I got there, to our surprise, we got upgraded with no extra cost and the staff was incredibly kind. I’m so used to rude American standards and average desire to go above and beyond. But the staff here gave us so much information on everything we needed about Rome. When we got to our room, the view from the massive swing windows were phenomenal. The dinner was a bit pricey. But the complimentary breakfast way made up for it. Wonderful breakfast! If we come back to Rome, there’s no doubt we would stay at this property again.

The building is beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the rooftops of Rome as well. The staff was very attentive and engaging, and the breakfast was wonderful.
Our air conditioning unit made a very annoying noise and even though the maintenance staff tried to fix it twice, it never stopped making the noise.

I really like the bathroom- very clean, new, Acqua de Parma toiletries. The room itself is pretty simple but the aircon is cold which is great. The breakfast at the courtyard was very good. The sausage and scrambled eggs were delicious and though it was not a wide spread, the choices were good enough.
The corridor leading to the room is too dark. The atmosphere is not relaxing. Once you get into the room it’s ok though.
