Location was excellent, walking distance to coliseum among other sights.
Bathroom could use more space to put toiletries and no facial tissues were provided.

Beautifully appointed hotel in a great central location. Rooms are spacious and airy with marble bathrooms and high-quality fixtures. Reception staff are welcoming and gracious. Wonderful breakfast in the garden dining room in the rear of the hotel with the best cappuccinos we have had in our two-week stay in Italy.

Service at the cafe out front was haphazard. You never knew who was your server and when they were coming by next. Even worse when we stopped in for an after-dinner drink upstairs. This reflects very poorly on the hotel.

The Hotel is amazing the staff is great from the manager of the restaurant to the team at the lobby.
We had the chance to meet Valeria and Guillermo, who were very helpful.
The room was very comfortable with amazing amenities.

Beautiful small hotel in a great location. I could walk to every place I wanted to go. The staff members were wonderful, especially Valerie at the front desk.
I had booked a Junior Suite, but was upgraded to the best suite in the house, which had an outdoor terrace. The breakfasts were delicious. I had dinner in their main floor restaurant twice - the food was great! My stay was so wonderful - I will definitely stay there again!
