The coridors were very dark !! Literally no light in the hallway
They provides water only for the first day
They didnt have a kettle. But i requested one and they got for me

Wow Wow Wow is my comment about the incredible stay we had at the Roma Luxus Hotel. The staff from Valeria , who deserves a front desk staff of the year award, to the manager to the ladies at the breakfast room, both of them, unfortunately I only remember Diana's name...to the general staff...this amazing staff complement is what makes this hotel stand out for m, besides the incredible Location, Location, Location!!!!! Loved the room we were upgraded to, made our anniversary and stay that more special. The amenities in the bathroom were amazing, forgot to take a picture so I can try and find the brand to buy.
We were hoping to use the spa and it was not working the time we were there. You have to ask for a kettle and tea, which was not convenient.
