Walking distance to the Vatican and Forco Italiano. Immaculate. The BnB is on the second floor of a larger building. The hosts were so kind and informative. I will be back.

the owner was extremely friendly and communicative, as well as accommodating. the location is wonderful and close to the metro so it is super easy to get all around rome. our room was the perfect size and clean, plus the ac really helped keep us comfortable. the outdoor patio is also the perfect lunch spot! highly recommend.

• Excellent location just a short walk from the metro and the Vatican.
• The breakfast vouchers for the nearby café were fantastic, covering two drinks and two food items each.
• The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful; they were happy to accommodate all our requests.
• While the room was standard, the bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space for our belongings.
• It was very quiet and peaceful since our room faced the inner courtyard.
They could provide a bit more shower gel. The single-use sachets were not quite enough and it would be better to use larger dispensers.

Conveniently located. Good breakfast in the nearby cafe (you get vouchers for your stay). Clean. It was nice to have a seating area in the backyard.

Wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood near the Vatican. 10 minute walk from metro stop, around the corner from multiple bus stops. Shops and restaurants nearby. Clean and well cared for, excellent communication with owners. Room had private bathroom, communal refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine (pods provided), basic kitchen dishes to use and a rooftop terrace. Vouchers for basic breakfast at a spot on the corner (coffee, juice, sandwiches, pastry).

Like a mini hotel,there are four private rooms with private baths but a shared hallway, kitchen, and patio. Best of all worlds, privacy, get to meet other world travelers, and nice outdoor space. Loved the breaksfast at the shop down the street that is included.
More pillows for the bed. There is a kitchen, but you can only microwave, not cook per b&b rules.

We really liked this accomodation! It was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The owner was very nice and helpful. Location of the apartment is great, peacful neighborhood and a short walk to Vatican.

The location was near the Vatican, we also walked to the Coliseum. Beautiful garden, kitchen with dishes, agreement with nearby cafe for breakfast.
It is a decent room with a bathroom. I did not like the liquid soap in little pouches. If we used up a pouch for each shower (body and shampoo), there wouldn’t be enough pouches. There is no room service to see if anything needs a refill. But it was a private room, hence comfortable.

Lovely private B&B, quiet, clean & close to everything. The host & staff were very friendly, informative & prompt to respond. Pizza place downstairs is the best pizza I’ve ever eaten, fresh & delicious. Walking distance to the Vatican, Vatican museum, Metro etc..

The early check in was super helpful in our travel plans, we loved the location, restaurant recommendations from the host (nearby) were great, and the breakfast included from the cafe down the street was awesome - very friendly place. Room was quiet, comfy and had everything we needed!

Breakfast is a voucher for 1 small coffee/cappucino/orangejuice and 1 croissant/sandwich/slice od cake
-> it was okay for a small person but a regular sized adult would not be satisfied
