The property is in a great location. The rooms are in an apartment block, with a wonderful old lift.
Staff communication by WhatsApp was great.
Room was clean and bed very comfortable.
The room was quite small although fine for a three night stay.

Clean and cosy, in a very quiet and interesting location of Rome - close to good cafes and restaurants - walking distance to many of the top tourist areas but also a short walk to the main Termini station.
A little difficult to find the main door for the first time - but not really a major problem.

The place is exceptionally well located, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The hosts were extremely kind, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

The room was big and clean, no smells, bathroom the same.
Neighborhood was completly safe, we had no problems during 5 days.
Everything was walking distance from the apartment - old city center, Colosseum, Forum Romanum, bus/train station, shops, museum, park with Galleria Borghese. No bus or metro needed.
Best part - we could chceck-in at 12:00 ! and go sightsee the Rome withouth the bagage.
+180 tv channels. Only. In. Italian. :)

They are so helpful. We went to another country for 2 days. We need to leave our luggages. We were allowed to deposit our luggages for FREE and we really appreciated it. ❤️

The staff were amazing.. Great communication with them, answered all queries quickly. They organized an airport transfer for us in the early hours which was greatly appreciated. Location perfect for sightseeing and having a lift in the building was fantastic, no hauling luggage up stairs
We had booked the smallest room, which was fine for our stay but there was a bit of a short steep step into the bathroom which could be tricky for anyone impaired. Hubby managed to completely miss it and luckily fell onto the bed

You don’t hear the sounds from the street. It was warm and bed is comfortable. People are helpful there.
