It lacked extra touches like more water bottles, herbal teas and chocolate & notes after cleaning
Also passed by the spa to get a tour but the receptionist was on the phone for more than 5 mins and didn’t accommodate us so I just left

Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel rooms were on the small size but very clean. The restaurant where I had breakfast was amazingly relaxing the atmosphere being a a green house and surrounded by a beautiful garden and music was a very nice experience and gave me a great start for the day and I loved that the breakfast was include.
The elevator was a bit slow

The staff were excellent, so friendly, professional and helpful. We thought the breakfast team were absolutely wonderful and our cocktails in the evening fantastic. The hairdresser was top class and overall we loved the whole team and experience.
